That's their business to risk copyright infringement. You are legally liable for hosting a market substitute of media. If you enjoy those other creators, the last thing you should be doing is announcing that they're bending the law.

@Seth You... do it manually. You open the video wherever you are watching it, you open the vimeo full reaction video, you hit play on each of them, and you sync the audio by pausing/unpausing one or the other until they are matched and then mute the main audio source.

@Seth Man, what are you talking about, please, use your brain. You don't need two screens. You can open them both on the same screen and picture in picture one of the videos. If you don't know how to do that just google it.

Here, I’ll help you. This is for iPhone. Find a site that you can watch the episode online ahem(Crunchyroll won’t work for this last time I checked since they removed the volume slider on iPhone). Full screen the episode, then mute the audio on the video, pause, return to the very beginning with it still paused. Click the Picture in Picture button so it minimizes. Now come to this reaction video and play it, press the unmute button on the vimeo player since its starts muted for some reason, then pause it, go back to the very beginning with it still paused. Full screen the reaction video. You should now have this reaction video full screened, with a small Picture in Picture window for the episode. Now you just unpause the reaction video and then immediately unpause the episode. They should both play simultaneously(with the episode audio muted). You use the audio from the reaction video to hear the episode. Now it’s just a matter of syncing it up with a series of pause/unpausing to make it match. But you only have a minute to do it since that’s when their visual aid disappears. And oh you cannot adjust the volume at this point because if you do then it will unmute the episode and you have to go through the process of muting it again. So before you do all this make sure the volume is where you want it. They usually have the episode volume low so you have to play the game of making it loud enough to hear the episode while also not having it so loud that their commentary blows out your eardrums. And that’s pretty much it.
