This is rough, we’re dealing with magic and in magic stories names have power. Because of that, I don’t like the idea of giving this lady anything on our boys, but if she asks Yorick directly it might be a moot point

Oh this was PHENOMENAL. What an opening - and once again from someone else's perspective like it's the Butcher ep all over again! At first I thought that Yorick and the witch were talking telepathically. It didn't even occur to me that we couldn't hear one side of the conversation! What a wonderfully voiced witch/queen.

Tell the truth. John already told the witch he and Arthur were after the Black Stone, and if he lies Yorick'll likely call him out. Plus, as BJ said, John saying he's the King in Yellow could be beneficial. Also, I get the sense the witch'll know if John's lying. One more thing: I think John was trying to call out to Kayne, the "being of immense power" Yorick told the witch about.

Yeah, she’s checked in with Yorik about everything John’s said so far and will likely continue to do so. 100% agree John was yelling for Kayne. I linked a doc down below with what I think John’s side of the conversation was and when Yorik is talking to him vs the hag, since it bounces between them

I loved this! Villain perspectives are so much fun. I’m gonna vote tell the truth, maybe the hag will be sufficiently scared to just fling Arthur out into The Wilds, where John can clumsily stitch him up again.

This is where I'm hesitating. She asked Yorick if John lies *to him* and Yorick said "Yes." But if you listen in the past few chapters, John has never lied to Yorick. I think that Yorick was replying to something John said that we couldn't hear, and the hag misunderstood that as confirmation. If John was asking Yorick something that he said "yes" to, or if John told Yorick directly to tell her "yes," then that makes me feel like John is coming up with a plan. And letting him lie gives him more freedom to try and come up with something. I don't trust this hag, especially with information of him being a fragment.
