Hello All!   

THEY DID A GOOD JOB!! I know it's only one episode so far but I definitely feel at ease more going into this show after the pilot. Dexter is a brilliant story imo and I was so nervous I was gonna be let down. PHEW! I'd love to know your thoughts on this guys. Is this a show you'd like to see? I hope to post this on YT next Thursday so I shall see where the interest lies. I will 100% be watching this though, I could potentially do a patreon exclusive if there isn't much interest. I'd love to know where they decide to take this story and I adore SMG being in this!

Please please please react to the season. Dexter is my all time favorite show. I love seeing someone who loves it like I do react to it. Watching you catch all the nods and nuances from the original. In my opinion the show gets better every episode. I'm 100% here for the Dexter ride. Hope you and the family are doing.well and hope to see you for.episode 2.

wait till dexter resurrection the follow up from new blood which is why they couldn't kill dexter off just like that :D

Wow, this was excellent! I loved DEXTER and I'm glad that this is a prequel because I never watched DEXTER: NEW BLOOD as I was still recuperating from my accident. The casting was great, but I do have to admit that I recognized Christian Slater in the throwback scene with the child drowning in the pool, but didn't recognize him as Dexter's dad until 26 minutes in; I literally said "WTF!". I haven't seen SMG in a long time other than rewatching your BTVS reactions and I felt my age. Don't get me wrong, she looked great, but I realized I was 8 years old when she was born; hell, I saw STAR WARS in the theater that year. Weird thought confession: at some point near the end of the episode I was looking at Dexter and he reminded me of Rocky Dennis from the film MASK (1985), but without the craniodiaphyseal dysplasia. Wonderful movie and well worth the watch. I would love for you to react to the whole series! Also, if you haven't watched YOU (2018- ) starring Penn Badgley and Victoria Pedretti, it is right up your alley. Thanks Dak, you're the best! Loved our chat by the way.
