So the experiment is back on?! That didn't last long Jules!! Shocking behaviour. 3 Martian's are saved, they then attack, they then compromise, they then can pass on a very important message - it all worked out...Amos, you missed it! XDI now vote for Chrisjen to ALWAYS wear that body suit, the outfits prior are stunning don't get me wrong, but this is top shelf stuff! 😂 Anna now needs to decide what she's gonna do with the info she has on Erinwright, I'm sure he's sweating...

"I don't usually solve problems with my people skills" - Proceeds to solve a very big problem using her people skills. Other things of note: Prax callously pushing the dead soldier. Amos realizing that Prax is kind of losing himself and I don't think Amos likes to see it. Not sure why Mao said Mei wasn't well enough to travel when in the previous scene he told Strickland to 'prep the children for travel' Mao's seeming flip-flop on changing his mind from "let the children go" to "continue your research" I think stems from the fact that he didn't feel anything was working or progressing before. He only thought it was cruel to the children when he thought there was no active benefit to the experimentation so he didn't want the children to suffer unnecessarily, but the glimmer of possible breakthrough was all he needed to give it a green light again. So he is absolutely okay with 'necessary' suffering. If Avasarala never saw Anna in the audience at the speech, she never would have sent her the message. But it was Errinwright himself that told Anna she should sit 'front and center' which is ironic.

I think it's great that you pause when you want to express your thoughts in more detail, it gives the show the respect it deserves. The Expanse rarely wastes time, and pretty much every scene and bit of dialogue is important, so talking over it too much could cause you to miss something.

Thats such a good way of describing this show's plot armor. There are so many characters who could become the lead, or so many lead characters who could continue where another left off.

The best thing to watch after The Expanse, is The Expanse. If nothing else, this show is a masterclass in Chekov's Gun. Not only is every scene or line of dialogue plot relevant, but often times things have multiple layers of relevancy. You'll catch so much on a rewatch. I don't wanna say much more other than S1 sets up so much, it's crazy. Most of which isn't caught until second or third viewings.

"The music on this show!" That's good ole Clinton Shorter for you, the man really put some glorious tunes together! Just one more thing that makes this show my all time favorite. I can listen to his tracks all day they're so good! "I could watch this show a second time and pick up more!" Oh that's a guarantee because this world was built with so much massive details that no one catches everything in one watch through. There's things I didn't catch until rewatching the entire series 20+ times and some things I only came to realize because a Reactor just so happen to catch it or a commenter in their comment section. Mind you I'm probably at 50+ rewatches at this point just because I love this show so much! There's NO other show in my life that I ever rewatched, not even through Reactors! This show though...I plan on watching nearly every Reactor who goes through this journey!

The central theme here seems to be scavenging. At the beginning we see a group of salvage vessels going to the Navoo (I just know I'm getting the name wrong.) , and taking control of it. Then we cut to the team entering a debris field to get some much needed supplies, and finding survivors aboard one of the ships. It all seems to be take whatever providence provides. Chrisjen takes the opportunity to send a message to Anna, who is rightfully pissed over how the speech she wrote was rearranged, the Martian soldiers take an opportunity to take control of the ship, and Mao....so much for trying to make thins right. BTW, the thing with the video gong from one room to another is a real thing, or at least it was. A commercial from a few years ago talked about linking all your devices together so that your favorite show or event can move to another screen when you do, or something like that.

Great to see drummer 🥰 instantly makes the episode a 10/10 🙂 great episode though kids man they're kids WTF those guys need to meet their doom I the most horrible way possible . Things are escalating quickly and this show is really kicking into gear , we fear for the characters as we know by now anyone could be ended in an instant . Great reaction as always dak 🔥

We are literally in season 3 of a 6 season show and multiple people are agreeing she still has no idea what she is in for.... Damn I love this show....

Oh haha. Dak dressed up for the Wednesday pilot reaction, and in her Ravenclaw robes for the first Hogwarts Legacy stream. Chrisjen wears some amazing traditional indian attire, which would look fabulous on Dak.

The Harry Potter Movie series was the first I watched that showed me the true power of re-watching a series... 1st watch I was a kid waiting for the next to be made. 2nd (1st full series binge re-watch) was life changing. I felt like I missed the at least 25% of the story the first time... I feel like The Expanse (for me now my age) is the Adult version of the HP series.... The 2nd Expanse rewatch I picked up on A LOT I missed.... Even though I was paying very close attention.... 3rd watch again I picked up on SO MUCH Little things this time in the background I missed... BUT just because it was more background things doesn't mean it didn't matter.... The little things were still amazing. I swear it was full watch # 4+ I felt like I caught all the story now.... Nit just the main in your face story but ALLL the little (but important) background story and countless little one-offs that just make you smile and laugh when you get to that level of relaxed story absorption.

Abso-freekin-lootly!!! I remember those episodes now.. and I 100% agree Chrisjen (omg that name only took me telling my phone autocorrect YOU'RE WRONG IM RIGHT!!! like 3 times to make this happen..) (I hope you got the spelling correct). I love Cosplay. I love it so much. I have some friends and family members that I let "dress me" before a few different renaissance festivals... O_o ... They went hard.

I'm on what you might roughly call my 8th rewatch (depending on season) and there are still subtle things I pick up or focus on that I didn't see before.
