Hello All!   

Some great communicative scenes in this one and I especially enjoyed the Naiomi/Drummer ones. Alex carefully approaching Holden re Miller was comedy gold! Amos realising it was the camera guy was also brilliant and then proceeding to ship the duo out to send a message was also pretty funny to me. We learned way more about the mystery chick that killed Ren...Jules' Daughter!!! Didn't see that one coming!

The guy with the scared face is klaes Ashford dak 👍 I like him and dislike him in equal measure but I will say I don't trust him , drummer however on her I always trust she's the friggin best 🥰 . Her speech was great and I was really hoping Naomi was going to give her a hug before departing, I was very disappointed.the reporters are gone and holy balls just stepping into the void of space frig that lol . Lots of side stuff going on and miller is back with hopefully answers not confusion 🤞 can you believe we are almost done with another season wow we are flying through these . Cheers as always dak for a great outro and brilliant reaction 🔥

Regarding your theories about Miller, Holden never saw Miller with the Hat so that would rule out it being in Holdens head due to him being sick.

Regarding the blind tech guy, he said he doesn't know exactly what he did or how to fix it and Amos believes him (he said he "checked"). I would trust Amos on that, he seems to know how to get the truth out of people ;-) What we know about these two is that they're making a documentary, and the same "sponsor" paying them to make that is also footing the bill for Holden and crew to fight Mars in court to keep the Rocinante. So it must be someone with a lot of money. It seems like this "sponsor" ordered the tech guy to do what he did (without Monica's knowledge even), and told him it was to make a backdoor in the Roci's systems to get extra information. Instead it locked their comms and sent the fake message, immediately after "Melba" detonated the bomb on the Seung Un.

Oh man the next episode is about the to have your eyes come out of their sockets, your jaw on the floor, and your brain completely scrambled guaranteed! I can't wait for you to see just how far this show goes! 3x10 here we come!

In an episode of "Doctor Who" the Doctor explains that the universe is vast, and complicated, and ridiculous; and every so often something impossible happens, and we call those things miracles.( I apologize if I got that wrong,) Anna is front row center for something impossible, and she knows that something like this will not happen again in her lifetime. However she also has a family that needs her, and years of her childs life that will, also, never happen again. Reminds me of an episode from a sci fi show frow many years ago. The lead character had a similar decision to make, which was more important, his family that needed him, or making contact with an alien race and hopefully getting some much needed answers about a pending invasion. I knew that Drummer would let Naomi go. It was easy to see that all she really wanted was a family, and with the "Rocci" she found one. Sort of how Drummer found a family with Johnson. You could see the understanding in her eyes. So the saboteur is one of Maos daughters? She has some crazy belief that Holden is to blame, and arranged a neat set up. She seems to want want approval badly, so badly that she has a negative reaction to her performance review. That, or she feels actual guilt about killing someone that saw her potential. My guess is that the protomolecule has created a "pocket" space that can only be accessed by way of the ring. And that "pocket" has a ship(?) at the center of it. Now Holden seems to be going straight to that ... what ever it is, hoping for answers.

If you believe in the multiverse theory... Then you believe that there is a universe out there where we get a Dakara Expanse episode 5 days a week... I often think about that universe... It's a healthy form of imagination imo... Except for the fact that the show will reach its end 5x faster... 0_0 That's why we just imagine it and don't live it...

Gotta give it to the documentary lady though. She's doing her profession proud. Even forgetting actually going through the Ring in the first place, after all she and the camera guy have been through, including most recently Amos sticking a screwdriver to her neck, threathening to kill her and, now culminating with them being spaced from the Roci into space within the bubble, she sure has maintained some solid composure 🤣 10/10

Great reaction and outtro, as usual. I love this episode for Drummer's speech - it's one of the best in a show that has really great speeches. Very interesting comparisons - Alex and Anna, and Ashford and Avasarala - I don't think I've seen anyone else make those connections, but they are really apt. Two great comedy scenes in the episode - Alex checking in on Holden, and 'Miller' showing Holden what he is asking for when he says he wants to know everything.

Kinda agree with your thoughts on Anna. I'm glad she's still around but it feels a little contrived and out of character to place her in this storyline.

I never found it out of character at all. The idea that she has the potential to see a once in a lifetime of our species event, something that changes our understanding of the universe, it's understandable how strong a pull that could be on someone who actively searches for answers with an open mind. The conflict comes with her having a family AND she hasn't even seen them since she was at the U.N. to write the speech. I would've thought she would've gone home before that and then gone back out/gotten the go-ahead from her family to try this. So, although I think she should've gone home 'cause of her family, I can completely understand the desire to see, to know, to get a glimpse at the larger view of the universe.
