Hello All!

I think Scully is top 5 favourite characters of all time, I'm just saying. Adore her! I also loved this episode. It was worth the wait. There are SO MANY groups to try and keep track of now and I have no clue what their end games are, I will however enjoy figuring it out!

Another thrilling mythology episode with Scully threatened with jail by the Senate Sub-Committee over her reluctance to tell them where Mulder is. Cancer Man and Well Manicured Man are now terrified that the secret is very close to being revealed, and as usual will go to any lengths to safeguard it. Chilling scene when the retired KGB Agent Russian Vasilly Peskow murders all the old people who are test subjects in the care home. Mulder and Krycek manage to escape the Gulag in Russia, and great scene when a disheveled Mulder bursts through the doors at the Senate Sub-Committee, and he interrupts them to say you cannot refute the evidence, and of course we get the great ending with Krycek now a Treble Agent! FBI, Syndicate and now KGB. The pure mythology episodes are of course spectacular and thrilling, but having seen the show several times I have to say the next one S4 E10 written by Vince Gilligan, is my absolute favourite from the entire series, look forward to your reaction to it.

I need to get this out of the way; even in prison, Scully looks amazing! The whole idea of the show comes down to a very basic espionage trope; trust no one! There seem to be multiple agencies, or the same agencies with multiple hats, that are involved with a wide reaching plot, the nature of which is still unknown. BTW: It just hit me that this is similar to an old series or movie of the week , or something called "Kolchak, The Night Stalker" If you've never heard of it, try to check it out. It was pretty good.

Krycek lives again. The man has more lives than a herd of cats...The mythology arc is in high gear early in season 4. Didn't you love it when Scully basically asked herself WWMD (What would Mulder do?) when she was explaining to Skinner that she had to look at the situation through Mulder's eyes because her instincts were to believe the Committee was acting in good faith? But she realized that in this case her instincts might be wrong.
