Hello All!

WOAH!!! This episode is pure fire! We had some real difficult scenes from the babies death being falsified and grieved to Cylons being tortured with their own memories. So much happened in this one, I hope Six and Sharon's team up is successful and they follow their own truths. I hope Starbuck finds out the news about her man being alive and saved by Cylons on Caprica!

Much love

Dakara x

Great episode, great acting all around, and a great reaction from you. Every part of it was so good and offered so much to the story. The synchronized leg crossing near the beginning was pure comedy gold. It makes you wonder how many times they shot it before they got it right. Baltar being in Caprica Six's head was something of a switch. Very fun to watch though. She seems to be having an identity crisis though. Maybe her proximity to Baltar merged their cybernetic matrices in some unpredictable way. Sharon also seems to be having a mental break. It could be a sign that the Cylons as a whole are evolving? The part with the baby was the best. We got to see this Sharon and Helo as loving parents It was nice to watch. Laura was put in a tough spot again by deciding the baby's fate. She was right thinking that the Cylons would stop at nothing to get her. Faking the babys death and then hiding it in the fleet was probably the best of a bunch of bad options.

Another great reaction. Though I've seen these episodes many times, this time around I got emotional when you got emotional! Who knew it was contagious!!! A few points of clarification since you were asking out loud. Based on what has been said in the show so far: * Ressurection: The ressurection ship that was destroyed a few episodes back was stated (by Gina, the 6 from Pegasus) to have been essentially a mobile unit. Something the Cylons could use to respawn if they were too far from their home or other locations. Basically, it kept up with the main Cylon fleet trying to find the humans. * Timeline: Everything in this episode was "present time" except for at the very beginning. We saw 9 months ago, when Caprica 6 was reborn and then about 7 months ago, when Boomer was reborn. Everything else was happening "now"

My hate for Roslin kept growing after every episode. I don’t care who disagrees, but the fact that she felt she had any right to take a child from their parents is so stupid. When it came to the fate of the child, it wasn’t her decision to make. And she knows it, otherwise she wouldn’t have kept that information from Adama. But, she’s more of a dictator than people want to believe. Oh and I despised her acting like she cared about Hera when she caressed her head after handing her over to a stranger. Helo is an amazing person and this Sharon would have done everything to protect her child and the humans that chose to accept her and her daughter. That is exactly why she chose Helo over all the Cylons. If the Cylons wanted to take her, she would be much more protected by her family. And then faking the child deaths, being okay with letting these parents grieve their child, putting at risk Sharon’s trust in them, it’s an idiotic move. If I was Sharon, the only person I would trust after this is Helo, and even that would be a stretch. I do not begrudge her distrust in everyone at this point. As far as Caprica and Boomer, the fact that they had human connections changed their views about humanity. Cylons always felt they were superior, but these two (as far a we know) grew so close to them, they realized that they’re actually not that different to the point where they felt killing them was wrong. Diana and others that do not want to change their hierarchy, disagree, and they would rather destroy a whole line of memories than face that potential truth. Head Baltar is to Caprica as Head Six is to Baltar, and Head Six has told us what she is, people just choose not to believe her. I’m not really sure why though, this is a SciFi show, why is it so hard to believe?

Great episode and a cool twist to see six seeing gias that really added another dimension to it all . You're a mother so this was a tough one for you in moments dak . Nice to see Xena back yesterday I'm calling her xeno not Lucy 😀 . Speaking of the cylons we don't know about yet holy moly it's going to be quite the reaction when you find out , no spoilers I mean it could literally be anyone right . Roslin sucks , still team Sharon here after all the actress is awesome not only in this but also Hawaii five O . Not related but as you enjoy this show so much maybe Babylon 5 may be considered sometime in the future . Cheers for the wonderful and sometimes teary reaction dak 🔥💙

Love this episode so much. Its so good and such a big benchmark in the series. Showing the seeds of discord amongst the Cylons and adds another item to Roslin's growing list of questionable decisions. And asking a big question: How and why is Gaius in Caprica Six's head? Your reaction to the cold open was PEAK. We could literally (figuratively) see the gears in your head going into overdrive trying to process this new information and what it could mean.

Remember, there are 12 models of cylons, not 12 individuals of each model. Think of it like a car. Take a Toyota Camry. That's one model of Toyota. We'll say Camrys are the sixth model in the Toyota catalogue. There are thousands and thousands Camrys (sixes)

Great reaction, like you I was almost unable to move this episode, especially the start with caprica six and boomer. I have watched the show (almost) when it came, but hardly ever read comments on the internet about the show or characters. Now that I see reactors and comments on youtube etc, I also see that some people have very polarizing opinions about Roslin. I loved the character from the start (not to mention Mary McDonnell who is an amazing actress); she's taken on an almost unbearable burden and seems to have grown into the role of the "dying leader". However, that has changed now. And this decision in particular, making Sharon and Helo believe that their child had died, seems to split viewer opinions. Given the information she had, knowing that the Cylons WANT that child, her decision makes logical sense. As far as the Cylons are concerned, the child is dead. Does it justify putting two people through (believed) hell? There is no actual answer to that. Does it justify hating her character? I believe not. If anything, it makes her more intriguing. Especially since it was an impossible decision to make during wartime.
