Becoming speechless and visibly shocked is quite the reaction too, and can say more than words sometimes. I think that was a great reaction!

I like to think that the answer to the question 'what did I just watch?!' is 'Eric Kripke's current mission statement, which is to emphasise the cruel nature of our lopsidedly privileged world through the medium of absurdly gratuitous violence and suffering'. The idea, I like to think, is 'a world with superheroes would be as messy as ours, but more so'. In that sense it ties back into what I see as the central theme of Supernatural, which, for the sake of not spoiling anyone here who hasn't seen it or your reactions to it, I would say is the title of the song from the Season 14 finale. It's a bleak world in both cases, and there is nothing so disgusting and awful that it can't happen. The characters are inside the belly of the beast, metaphorically as well as literally.

What happened to Kimiko's brother was horrible and Stormfront is terrible, but your disbelief and shock didn't disappoint lol. I was so pissed when I watched it but I didn't like Stormfront so it didn't really shock me. Loving your reactions to this show!

Great reaction! Stop apologizing. No reason to. This is the sort of reaction people watch for. It's your literal reaction to what's happening on the screen. Including being gobsmacked and stunned. At least that's what I watch for. As well as your opinions on the episode. "What am I watching" is exactly what I said many times when watching seasons 1 and 2. At this point I was not a fan of Butcher, Homelander, The Deep, Black Noir and now Stormfront. I had liked her at first too. Someone fresh and unimpressed by everyone else. But she is just as evil as the others.

Your reaction when they drove the boat thru the whale was great, love your expressions of complete disbelief as to what you are seeing. Those were my reactions also when I first saw this episode. Stormfront is such a bitch. Was hoping she would be a foil to homelander. Hated seeing Kimiko's brother get killed, but glad Kimiko got away. Still loving your reactions even if you don't say much, your face says it all. Thanks.

Finally got around to watching this episode. Dakrya has emerged for The Boys. Don't worry about being fooled by Stormfront, she got me too. That whale scene is just something else... and to think that wasn't even the most shocking thing in this episode!
