Idk, it's weird for me because I watched the episode in the U.S. and the subtitles are different. Maybe it's a regional thing. I definitely feel like the subtitles I got when I watched it were better, though.

I’ll be honest I prefer the Crunchyroll subs and English dub over Netflix subs honestly. The Netflix version seems kinda basic compared to the other subs

also, Alicia you asked about hy the volcano smoke produced lighting, its because its static electricity built up from friction between ash particles. This is a real Phenomenon that can occur to so its nice to see that the animators (and possibly the mangaka) included this to not only show the eruption but the supernatural side since for a long time humans thought lightning was acts of gods or spirits.(like Benjamin Frankilin [if I remembering middle school correctly] got a lot of hate when he made the lightning rod because it "hindered what God was doing" and I think thats a neat detail)

It's very common for volcanic ash clouds to generate lightning. It's the friction between all the ash particles.

Okarun can't use full throttle to just deliver punches. He can only go full throttle via squats because it's a motion he has become very familiar with. Generally at this point he can't do pivots or twisting motions within his full throttle. And that feeds back into this being a talent vs. effort fight, which also thematically links back to Jiji being Momo's childhood friend and possible first love while Okarun is the new man.
