They're the only people in there because the moment Kinta got grabbed and the screen turned green, they entered "Empty Space". Remember in season 1 when Nessie was at school with the aliens? They talked about empty space there. Once they dealt with the one that created the empty space, it will all turn back to normal. That's also why they can destroy their surroundings without worrying about consequences.

@Carus We still don't know what it really is tho, at first glance Kaiju but for my taste it felt kinda robotic like its a suit or something and honestly after Train with Beethoven episode i expect everything :D

Fun fact, the kaiju's design isn't actually based on Godzilla, it's instead based on the kaiju from the Ultraman series, specifically Gomora and Red King. In fact, pretty much all the aliens in this show are inspired by Ultraman in some way.

Remember Alicia they are currently in the other space, they go into when dealing with Aliens. It sometimes looks just like the area they are currently in, and sometimes it looks completely different. You can always tell your in that other space when everything becomes monochromatic. Often using black and white or green as the color scheme.

Remember that aliens generally use pocket dimension tech, Empty Space, to isolate targets and make the battlefield more advantageous to them. We saw it with the Flatwoods Monster (creating an enclosed space for the monster's gas to build up in), and with Nessie (altering the floors of the school into water for it to move and use for the water lasers). The camouflage glitching out already proves the Kaiju is using alien tech, an Empty Space generator being included would make sense, so the destruction of a Kaiju fight probably isn't gonna matter. Yokai are just generally unable to be perceived by people who aren't supernaturally sensitive, but aliens tend to be pretty obvious and are physical creatures who need to hide their presence with tech.

The color shifting with Yokai and creatures like the Mongolian Death Worm just kinda indicates their presence and shows who is dominating the scene. With aliens specifically, that have the tech for it, the color shifting is indicative that they've set up an Empty Space. Empty Space is generally used to isolate targets or shift the battlefield to their advantage, as seen with the Flatwoods Monster and Nessie (with the enclosed space and water floors respectively). We've already seen the Kaiju using retroreflective camouflage, so it's clearly got advanced tech.

Empty Space is an alien tech thing specifically, to isolate targets or alter the area to their advantage. It's basically pocket dimension technology, so it's not something a Yokai can do. Hell, other aliens can't even set up an Empty Space without the tech for it, it's not an innate ability, it's the result of advanced technology.

i were the weird kid and yes, it hurts. Especially knowing ur weird, and wanting to be normal. It's devastating. Luckily i got out of it and im alot more normal today. to be clear, i was just childish and undiagnosed ADD kinda weird. not perverted and stuff like that.

I was the weird kid in school, I have an attention problem and would ramble off on a tangent, at some point the kids all thought I must be retarded and that it was contagious, either I was bullied or ignored. Then I went to college and realized only the people in my school were like that and I can make friends if I get away from them. It took a long time for me to develop social skills after that yet I still had no idea how to talk to women until I somehow became friends with a bunch of online models, or social personalities I think they were called. Anyways I learned a lot on how to talk to people from them. I just wish I had known people like them earlier in my life.

i was a weird kid in school but i had a small group of fellow nerds with me.. We where weirdly the "cool" kids in school simply cuzz we were chill and very open to others. Multiple times when there was a conflict we got called on to accurately relay what really happened cuzz we where known for being stupidly honest
