I have been refreshing constantly since yesterday just waiting for this. This episode made me ugly cry almost the whole damn time, even being a Manga reader, the way it was animated and voiced just ascends it to a level above most. This episode was Plus Ultra.

I just realized 2 things: 1 - of course the narcissist psycho Machiavellian, All for One, wouldn’t hate the moment he lost to AllMight the most. He Hated Kudo the most because he helped his brother!! There’s a possessiveness there. He wanted his brother to do exactly as he said, and wanted to convince him nobody was like him… but oops here comes someone to break through brainwashing and show his brother that, yes, All For One is abusive! 2 - If All Might was supposed to die here in the canonical timeline… that means All For One was supposed to WIN in the canonical timeline! Holy crap! Everyone WAS GOING TO LOSE until RIGHT NOW

So something really interesting as that when AFO got young enough, he started glowing golden even beyond the Rewind effects, but when he got even younger, the glowing stopped. In one of the first episodes, it's stated thats quirks were discovered when a baby was born glowing golden. AFO likely stole that quirk from the first known quirk-user at some point when he was a teenager.

Kinda hoping that she does end up watching them cause if my memory serves correct, they should make a brief appearance in the final season. The scenes aren't as important/big as the first two movie characters, nothing that would impact the viewing experience, but there are rumors about the anime adding extra scenes for the final few episodes meaning they could get more screentime.

All Might dying there in the canonical timeline could have happened two ways. First one is: Bakugo didn't come back, and All Might died. In this case, yeah, it's very likely the heroes would have lost since AFO would've 2v1'd Midoriya with Shigaraki. The second would be: Bakugo came back, but he wasn't fast enough to save All Might. This would still give the heroes a chance to win, but All Might's loss would have a heavy impact. I personally think the second one is the canonical timeline as the whole episode put more focus on the saving part, making it seem like everyone's wishes pushed Bakugo's speed rather than brought him back.

They do have spoilers, but I'm hesitant to call them spoilers. Most of what has been shown in the first version is just things we've already known, showing the past/origins of the important characters like All Might (as a kid) or AFO and Yoichi (Yoichi looking down and AFO looking smug). They didn't reveal anything about Bakugo until this episode dropped with the second version, so they're likely going to hide the actual spoilers until the episodes that have the reveals drop (if there are any more versions planned). And the fight scenes for the chorus part don't have anything significant in terms of spoiler. Just the usual showing off of animation quality. As for the ending, it's just a recap of Deku's entire journey from s1 up until now that makes you feel good/nostalgic.
