A lot of people hate Ronaldo, but I consider him to be one of the most consistently funny characters on the show, and Restaurant Wars, to me, is his standout episode.

This episode is an Intial-D reference. An old arse anime about this exact same thing, street racing. Protag uses a similar car to what Stevonnie is driving. Story of Initial-D gets a bit heavy, so I never finished it fully.

Ronaldo unironically using the phrase "ohime-sama" is so good, pour one out for the sad boy. Also the hallucinations with stevonie is propably what fusions generally experrience when they destabalize. I am certain garnet experrienced the same when encountering those gem fragments the first time. But we only get to see the show from steven perspective

Ronaldo was done so dirty in Restaurant Wars, at the very least we can rest easy knowing that him and Jane did reconcile off-screen. Also i wanna say.... even tho im a Lars supporter... it really does say something that Ronaldo was able to find a girlfriend before he did, like... we all know that Sadie has feelings for Lars but they have been stuck in a weird place for years due to Lars' insecurities and Jerk-ness. Last thing to mention...... Pearl had me drooling when this episode first came out and i saw her in that Waitress Outfit.

I still love how much Steven outwardly shows his hatred for Kevin compared to other SU antagonists. Like Kevin's crimes are SO MINOR compared to the other antagonists but he get's the first and as far as I remember only "I hate that guy" from Steven.
