Well, there are 40 episodes left, which means 20 more patreon posts. Her last post of two episodes was... 22 days ago. Now, if we exclude a week from that, given her internet issues and getting sick caused an abnormal break, and then round down, we could probably treat that more like two episodes every two weeks. But, well... even if she reacted to two episodes every two *days*, she wouldn't make it through 40 episodes in time for Feb 20th, as there are just under four weeks left. So she'd need to watch 10 episodes a week over the course of four weeks... a rate that even her highest sustained watchrate of One Piece couldn't really match. Instead, I imagine the limit is that she miiiiight get through the first three seasons' 14 episodes, by doubling the rate and watching twice a week (if we include these two). And then probably just deal with having to find another source for S4/S5... or, if I'm being more pessimistic, commit to dropping the series entirely, after S3. Which I hope isn't the case, but still. The fact that she's started posting the series to youtube is generally telling, though, as posting there generally acts as a commitment to keeping up more of a schedule for a given series. As such, we might start seeing her watch more as youtube's current episode gets closer to patreon's, to stay ahead of the uploads there. What might be more likely, though, is just eating the inconvenience of netflix dropping it to then keep a similar rate of very occasional watching of the series. Which... I mean, I'll certainly take infrequency over abandonment, any day, but still!!! Very much hoping that posting to youtube is a low-key commitment to for-sure watching all of it, though, as I'd love to see more of Alicia's reactions to such a cute show, with all its twists and turns!

None of the DreamWorks TVA shows that were made for Netflix have moved to Peacock or any other streaming service and they haven't been announced to be moving there.

22:00 - after all that trauma Catra decides to leave Adora behind and in the background you hear the Promise theme swelling up and everything is becoming super emotional and that’s when my eyes flood with tears and this show becomes something more epic than anything I’ve experienced before and i just can’t stop watching it until its all over.

I’m not sure why people are worried about her watching the entire series. I mean, I watched the entire series from beginning to end in less than five days and I’ve done that several times I mean that’s just how great this series is so I’m pretty sure she can manage to watch the entire thing by the time it’s taken down I mean Alicia is a beast when it comes to recording binge sessions. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more dedicated recording creator, then Alicia.

So happy that Alicia picked up on the hints the show dropped about Catra and Adora, even in season one. One of those hints I missed the first time around, when the first AI bot that Adora meets says she must “Let Go,” and Adora asks “Let go of What?” The camera focus on Catra who steps into the background right at that moment. Well played DreamWorks, well played indeed.

Catra! 8D 17:36 And THIS explains SO much about these two! When Catra fucked up, Shadow Weaver punished Catra. When Adora fucked up, Shadow Weaver punished Catra, While laying all the responsibility on Adora. It makes sense that Catra started as a lazy, do-the-bare-minumum kind of person who is now surprising HERSELF with how capable she is! It makes sense that Adora considers everyone ELSE'S safety her responsibility. No matter who's hurt, or why: she considers it HER fault, and her responsibility to fix it. Shadow Weaver *broke* these two. O_O It's soooo good to see this kind of depth and consistency in a story ^^

Remember that She-Ra and the princesses of Power are going away from Netflix soon Alicia ((Or anyone able to let her know)) you should consider downloading this as it is very clear that you will not be able to finish the show before Netflix pulls the show due to licensing with Dreamworks. And with how shit streaming has gotten lately in regards to LGBTQ+ shows, it is not even certain that She-ra will appear anywhere else after Netflix due to culture war backlash fears. ((Because corps are cowards, obvs)) This honestly goes for anyone that loves She-ra and the Princesses of power. Download and keep the show somewhere before it is removed.
