YES! please more. the further you go into the series, the better it becomes, because they find their footing and take on more mature topics. EDIT: i love the speedrun Alicia has at around 40ish minutes, where she discovers WHY so many planets have joined the Seperatists. The Senators get fat on Coruscant, while they do not care about their own people, and worst of all, the Jedi "Keepers of the Peace" are okay with this arrangement, seeing as Master Windu, one of the leading Jedis, is also advocating for keeping up the status quo.

He didn't advocate for keeping the status quo. He advocated for what is currently the only solution to freeing the planet from occupation and slavery. He literally tells the Senator he doesn't care about his political struggles, he's trying to save the people. Mace is doing the best he can under the circumstances

So in regards to Senator Taa (the fat guy who got you triggered Alicia) he was already ON Coruscant when Ryloth was invaded by the Sepratists, he is after all a Senator, it’s kind of his job and in his defense he has been doing what he can to get his planet liberated. The issue however is that Ryloth was abandoned by Republic forces before (it was one of the first few episodes I believe), so Cham Syndula has no trust in the Republic or the Senator he believes abandoned them, and considering how the Twi’leks have suffered as a result, I don’t blame him. Also, fun fact, the little Twi’lek girl that runs up to Cham when they reach the hideout I believe is his daughter, Hera, remember that name when you get to Star Wars Rebels.

Bro is a fat senator. I kinda dont want to defend him but I cant ignore these points. But he does care for his people some what. He did ask organa and Jar jar to goto that other planet for Supply and medical drop off. Yes he lives on Coracaunt but I think other senators do as well including Padme. Cuz we really never see her go back to Naboo unless their queen and court request her help. So I think he is well intended but just a bit of a Glutton is all

44:20 Okay, ignoring what they do to Senator Taa in Bad Batch, he's not being a bad person here. He's a politician, he's not going to be useful on Ryloth where the war is happening, he needs to represent the planet at the Senate. He's the reason the Republic are here to free the planet. He's the reason in a previous episode supplies were given to the Rebels on Ryloth. Why's he getting so much hate? Just because he's not personally suffering doesn't mean he doesn't care

Alicia, you can't just throw a guy off a cliff, there are procedures for this stuff. You let him stew in prison for a month, put together a kangaroo court where you wave your arms around in dramatic fashion, and THEN you throw the guy off the cliff.

I like how the droid leader is pretty competent here, he's not necessarily making mistakes. Competent but lacking imagination is how I would describe him. If he was fighting an opponent without ingenuity he would do well, but against gorilla war he was fairly screwed.
