Alicia, you're mixing Suiren with the woman that runs the clinic. Suiren , the old lady with the flashback, is the attendee for Jinshi, the one that takes care of Jinshi A LOT, and we just found out that she was actually the lady in waiting of the Emperess dowager, the mother of the emperor. Take it however you want. PS: I'm writing this at 11:06, so if you discovered that later, I'm sorry and i'll amend the comment. Just didn't want to forget that clarification so that your mods catch that.. because it may get REALLY confusing later otherwise.
