You obviously don't have to catch up before the second half of the current season if you don't want to, but you have 36 episodes to go and there's 48 days until the second half starts, so if you wanted to catch up you can do so by watching 3 episodes every 4 days or more on average, just to let you know :)

Can't blame her for not reading them. I know she does read sometimes, but yeah. Some LN/Manga/people ahead in an anime series can get quite annoying when they spill things that weren't meant to be known yet so I completely understand just.. not reading comments on any platform. You'd think that it wouldn't happen on Patreon vs somewhere like YouTube comments but it does.

Last episode Subaru makes his move on Emilia and kisses her; this episode he tanks Garfiel's punch to the jaw and spits out the broken tooth. Subaru has definitely found the game he's been missing his entire life.

I've always been confused by what Garfiel meant about seeing Subaru when he was desperate and thought he meant he saw him when he etched those messages into the walls since it seemed to indicate that with the next scene, but Alicia's reaction to it before those were even shown makes me feel like I either forgot something or that desperation he saw........was something far more.....embarrassing and personal. I'm hoping its not the later.

The previous episode with Emilia and Subaru's conversation was amazing! Loved seeing them confront each other and feel hurt. It was painful but very beautifully written. Seeing Emilia and Subaru now confront Garfiel's feelings is an evolution that makes me cry so much!!!! Emilia doing Subaru's signature pose to Echidna is such a power move. They're so in tune with each other now it's so adorable!!! And how Ram encouraged him to embrace change too! Love this episode so much :>

As funny as it is to imagine Garfiel accidently walking in on Subaru during his "alone time", Garfiel WAS talking about the positive affirmations on the walls of the trial room. Subaru did not expect Garfiel would have also gone back to do the trial, so he's embarrassed that Garfiel saw all that personal stuff he wrote for Emilia. Though Alicia did laugh cause she thought it was a masturbation joke, which to be fair, could very much be taken that way before seeing the following scene.

Oh thank god. I was hoping I was right, but after Alicia laughed before the reveal and I thought about the wording I realized it sounded off. They really should've wrote that differently. Than again maybe that was on purpose.
