besides just being considered one of the saddest anime deaths of all time, fun fact! the theme that plays for his death was specifically created for this scene, but it also plays when he first appears, double fun fact, the lyrics are often interpreted by fans to be a love confession to joseph, of course, this is up for debate-but its the most common theory ive personally seen as to what the theme is about. added to the fact that his final gift to joseph was a wedding wing, im personally apart of the majority who presumes caesar's in love with joseph (at least, i presume its a majority, considering all the 'haha kissing the homies' jokes that surround these two in the fandom), because there's just a fair bit of proof, such as messina calling caesar's relationship with joseph 'true love'. theyre a super popular ship by jojo fans and i am so normal and civilized about them

As someone who just finished catching up on all of JoJo's, believe me it won't be the last time you cry. It's so silly and fun most of the time, but when it gets a hold of those heartstrings, it'll tear them out for sure... T_T

RIP Ceasar. You were a real one. I really love Ceasar's death scene and the follow up with Joseph and Lisa Lisa, I love that Joseph cries his eyes out while screaming Ceasar's name to the heavens. Excellent music choice as well.

Ceasar's death scene and Joseph crying out "SHIIIIIIIZZAAAA" is memed so much in the JoJo community I can't take it serious anymore, but for a first timer it's really hits you in the spot.
