Ōtsutsuki Shibai wanted a specific type of the Refined Soul that was blessed with the affinity for the Dao of Dust. Not only that, but the souls should have undergone mutation to better accommodate the Dao of Dust, making his request even more demanding than it already was.

If it was only Refined Soul with the affinity for the Dao of Dust, then it would be way less problematic, but the one that was even mutated on top of that, now, that was a true mission impossible...

"How long would be that?"

Ōtsutsuki Shibai knew that it would probably be impossible to obtain the Refined Soul before the final match of the Tournament of Catomania. Still, it would be extremely beneficial for Yakou to assimilate the Refined Soul.

"Ten standard years at best, but most probably it would be around twenty-five years..."

This was a somewhat short time frame, considering the gravity of the request, but at the same time, he knew it was also a relatively long time because Lord Shibai initially wanted to obtain it before the final match.

He knew that the moment Yakou assimilated the Refined Mutated Soul of Dao of Dust, then his power in the Dao of Dust would be increased several times. Depending on the quality of the mutation, he could obtain even more from the assimilation of the Refined Mutated Soul.

"What is the price of such Refined Mutated Soul?"

Lord Shibai asked as the Hall Master of the Hall of Souls calculated the price for such unique and particular things.

"Hmm... Resources equivalent of the Tier 6 would be fine."

While this seemed to be a very high price, considering the fundamental nature of the request and the rarity of the Refined Mutated Soul of Dao of Dust, it was rather reasonable, so Lord Shibai agreed to it.

"That seems acceptable; I will give you a catalog of items acceptable for payment."

Lord Shibai said as a small booklet materialized in front of him as he passed it to Hun Tiandi, who after a brief look, chose two items from the catalog, as both of them were categorized as initial Tier 6 resources.

"Now, we shall go to the rest of the agreement."

After that, both of them began negotiating a common advance in obtaining resources.

Several days later

After Lord Shibai came into an agreement with the Hall of Souls, he then met with the current leader of the Divine Palace. The Divine Palace was a rather peculiar faction of the Great Xia Chaotic Source Dimension because it controlled rather a large amount of territory.

They were one of the undisputed overlords of the Great Xia Chaotic Source Dimension who ruled their territories in the most brutal and absolutistic way. It was also one of the factions that was rather keen on working together with the Ōtsutsuki Clan.

They were also pretty expansionist and constantly fought to expand their borders, which was rather fitting, considering the nature of the Great Xia Chaotic Source Dimension, which was probably one of the biggest Chaotic Source Dimensions in existence.

Only a few of the bigger than the Great Xia Chaotic Source Dimension, like those who were standing at the top of the list of the Chaotic Source Dimensions. However, it was also true that bigger didn't necessarily mean stronger.

Some Chaotic Source Dimensions were big, but they were way weaker than the Chaotic Source DImensions that were smaller.

There were other factors in the play, though the Great Xia Chaotic Source Dimension was one that was huge and at the same time, it was also a very powerful Chaotic Source Dimension.

"Interesting proposal you have there, Palace Lord Lin. The Ōtsutsuki Clan would be delighted to join the cooperation with the Divine Palace."

If one chose to ally with the Divine Palace, then he would automatically become enemies with the Asura Tribe and vice versa, as the two factions truly hated each other. Lord Shibai already contemplated this for a long time, but in the end, he chose the Divine Palace.

Even though the Asura Tribe was indeed very power, the Divine Palace was no less powerful than the Asura Tribe. But there was one thing that the Divine Palace had, which the Asura Tribe didn't... Need.

Need for something like the Chakra Fruits or any other Energy-Based Fruit gene-engineered by the God Tree through the Ōtsutsuki Clan.

Asuras didn't really have this need, so there would be less space for political maneuvering.

Most, if not all Asuras were drawing their power from the Blood and Slaughter, the most talented from the Blood Sea directly.

There was little that the Ōtsutsuki Clan could offer to them for favorable conditions to operate in their Chaotic Source Dimension under their protection. The situation with the Divine Palace was vastly different and the Ōtsutsuki Clan had much better chances with the Divine Palace.

"We will start slowly; I will send only a small number of Clasnmen into the Great Xia Chaotic Source Dimension to start planting the God Trees and harvesting the Chakra Fruits. The moment our numbers increase, we will start selling the specialized Energy-Fruits."

Ōtsutsuki Shibai had a very simple plan in his mind as this was probably the perfect opportunity to implement it. Right now, the Unicron Chaotic Source Dimension wasn't really suitable for planting the God Trees that could devour entire Origin Worlds due to various factors.

Though the most prominent was the imminent threat of the Immaterius Chaotic Source Dimension, the political situation within the Eternal Land and at the same time, the Ōtsutsukis didn't really wish to damage their own home severely.

Unicron Chaotic Source Dimension wasn't that evolved so that it could withstand the countless of its Origin Worlds being assimilated by the God Trees.

But there were much bigger and more developed Chaotic Source Dimensions that won't have the same problems.

Within such an enormous world as the Great Xia Chaotic Source Dimension, even if the world of sitze of Origin Worlds were used as fertilizer for the God Tree, nothing would really happen.

If they used the same method in the Unicron Chaotic Source Dimenison, then it was highly probable that the Grand Dao Will would personally punish the person who was breaking the balance.
