Cyrile Dessers fires a vital 94th minute equaliser to give Rangers an excellent chance of progressing to the final Champions League qualifier.

Been trying work it out all through the video… has someone been spraying Silly String over the Rangers top behind you?

Alan Weir

Glad we got our “wee surprise” after all😁. Surely the end for Wright?

David S.

It was the first nice thing that's happened in months 😄

ally keith

You got a shift as a pilot after this video David..

Rona Bluebell

Got to be honest, didn’t see that result when I saw the line up. Bit of football happiness is always welcome 🤗

Robin Balfour

Just back to my hotel in Lublin after the game. Thought it was all set up for a repeat scoreline from 1987 but no 🙂

Miguel Sanchez

Kiev looked quite ordinary tonight get behind the team and we can get to playoffs guarantee £5M parachute payment

Jim McCutcheon

Yes David this is more like it 👏 didn't see that performance tbh but really big improvement overall we obviously need to strengthen but that was a more satisfying display we can go forward from this 👏

AlbertzLeftPeg The Hammer

A great result away from home in Europe with esp everyone in Scotland writing us off so very early 👍

Spoon

Spot on analysis David. Still think the set up works better in Europe than domestically but the gaffer had a plan and by and large the team executed it which is positive. Still think we ask a lot of the 9 who is isolated all too often and hung out to dry a bit. Another CL goal for Dessers, let’s hope that those who say he doesn’t score important goals take a moment to ponder if that’s totally fair. Worst case it might spark interest in the big man and push a team to come in for him.

William George Bell

I’m not his greatest fan but I thought Tav was excellent tonight.

Gordon Watson

That was a terrific ball by Cerny. Defender must’ve been happy to get him in the corner on his wrong foot at the angle he did. Dessers had a moment against Hearts where the ball got nodded across and he elected not to hit the space where he would’ve had a tap in - damned if you do, damned if you don’t - tonight he was the only player to read that cross and he scores. Superb.

Billy Forrester

Slate him, slag him, belittle him and we know his faults however Cyril keeps going and I thought he was very good tonight, held up the ball, done a hard job and never stopped trying. Well done Dessers 👏 Barron fast becoming my fave player, the boy is gonna be very very good for us. Never gave us a hope but I’m delighted tonight. Hopefully a springboard, hammer Motherwell, win the return leg and everything looks so different in our mad world, confidence is everything. let’s go Rangers 💙💪

It's got a bit of a green tinge to in my eyes. Not sure it's suitable for heart and hand hq

Andy

For all his flaws, Dessers' commitment can never be questioned. Jefte needs to start at LW while Cortes is out. We desperately need a 10 (despite having 2 in the B team). Lawrence is not the answer and a quality player needs to be brought in when Hagi and Cantwell depart.

Luke

Surely to fuck that’s us seen the back of Wright, shouldn’t get a look in for the return game after that first half. That ball in from Cerny was outstanding, a winger that can cross the ball? Where has that been. Would also like to see Sterling, Barron and Diomande play in midfield together. Something about that seems exciting. Think Diomande would be better suited playing in the space Lawrence is.

It just doesn't look like either of them will be leaving though, not much noise about transfers recently. Given either of their last 18 months, who realistically wants to buy them and pay the wages?

Craig

Souttar has sold more goals in just over a full season than Goldson did in 6, the easy ride he gets for being a guid Scottish boay is bizarre.

Stephen

Definite progress but far from perfect. Think things will settle down a bit when Propper and Cerny are in the starting line up. Small margins can change the mood on and off the pitch and that last minute goal might be the starting point for our season. Important to get a good win on Saturday now. Get the players used to the new surroundings in time for the return leg!

Mr J K Murray

no matter how rough it gets for us we are still Glasgow Rangers, snoopy does pit fandoms against each other, a burn der house down chemistry but it was a well taken goal, can not believe how gadget Scott has become so just unremarkable as a player, game however over all still makes one want to roll in the digital gutter to say, we are playing as bad as a motorised pony, hic, yors taking sandpaper to the collars of oxford shirts to gain a frayed edge,

Graham Jones

Great result and we deserved the draw. People are still focusing on the negatives when we should be congratulating the manager on getting a result that half the support have been shitting themselves over. We know it wasn’t perfect, but we’re still on the middle of a rebuild so I’m well happy with one all.

Davie Brand

Felt Jeffte played well. I'd keep him Infront of ridvan until Cortez is fully fit. Didn't see that result coming at all David.

100%. Back it up Saturday then Hambrox will take care of Tuesday night. 🇬🇧🟥⬜🟦

SC81

I described our starting XI as embarrassing. I cannot fathom why Propper did not play any minutes. He would've prepared for Twentes game tonight vs Salzburg. Superb result from the team. Dessers 🤣🤦💙

Baz

Brilliant result considering the criticism the team got after Saturdays game against Hearts, the team kept digging in till the end so fair play in that respect. Still a lot of hard work needing done in terms of the simple defensive play but overall it’s in our own hands for the return leg. Thought young Barron was excellent again tonight he’s definitely been one of the positives from the past two games.

Derek Henderson

I much likes others would have had your hand off for that result beforehand especially after seeing the aggregate score from the last round.

Bixby Snyder

Dio wasn’t great tonight but his positivity alone low key drives the team on. He tells everyone “I’m not taking 2-3 touches here so get on the fucking move”. He will thrive around better players once we get them in. And totally agree on Dessers being the death of us, lol. If he doesn’t score that equalizer he was going to get absolutely massacred by our support. Yin or Yang as you’ve suggested before.

Gary Shaw

Cracks papered but good result nonetheless.

Alastair McGeoch

Great to get a bit of positivity to hopefully pierce the hangover from last season we’ve carried all summer. Still going to be a wild ride this season, can see some green shoots but also the manager showing his blindspots on players like Wright. Did think it was strange Propper wasn’t thrown straight in for such an important game but, we got a result. Let’s build on it in the next game!

John Palmer

I've got that Album as well as Nirvana MTV Unplugged Live 😍

William Hughes

Went from, can't watch Dessers for another season to, great player, always said it.
