Big Dessers doesn’t get the credit he deserves. He might not be the most gifted but he works his arse off and keeps going. Excellent goal last night. Surprised he was booked for going to the crowd. I thought that it wasn’t mandatory to be given a card for this. Seem to remember at least twice where Celtic players went into the crowd when on yellow cards and were never booked.

I was in early last night. Billy Dodds looks like a good coach. The wee drill he was doing with the attackers (throwing the ball from behind the players and 1st time finish). A bit like the Dessers 2nd goal!!

I actually can't believe Dessers exists. You couldn't invent him. Halfway through the first half I said 'I'd just like for once that he is on the move when the ball goes loose'. Then he went on to have a great game. The commentary team were a disgrace with him last night. A game winning performance and yet they were sneering away. Sutton is paid to do that but Crocker is extremely unprofessional.

Don likes a card when it's a Rangers player, Hagi booked for retaliation and also Tom Lawrence etc for a hand bags moment, when a good referee would have had a word with both sides.......bit pedantic but some of the offside decisions were extremely poor.....

It depends on Leeds getting promoted, as the EPL are less strict about dual ownership than the Football League. If Leeds somehow bottle it and don't gain automatic promotion it'd probably have a knock-on effect on the ownership structure.

I know the league is gone, but what a difference waking up today after watching us last night.....and now looking forward to Saturday and Fenerbahce. I have no idea how Ferguson will do in the interim, but seeing Barry, Neil, Allan & Billy on that bench was magnificent. I kept preaching patience with Clement, I was wrong. I haven't felt like this looking at our coaching staff in a long time, and it's definitely not a new bounce, etc. As well as seeing the one on one conversations on the pitch after the game. Dodds with Dessers, etc. Even just seeing Barry pulling Tav aside and then Tav immediately going to Nsiala. Wee things like that all add up. Man, I hope this works as for me we need Scottish managers, coaches and explayers who have high standards.

Love Dessers's Character. Speaks really well (especially considering it's his 2nd language). I think he gets it, and although getting it isn't enough, and he has ways to go to cut out mistakes, I'd love to see him kick on. Both goals brilliant. Whether it does work or not, he's a player I'll always have time for.

Other games on my birthday have included Stirling Albion 1 Rangers 1 and League cup final getting beat of Celtic. To see a win on my birthday was magic! 😂 And Rachel’s never been any trouble at all. The mainstream media up here will be running scare stories for the next few months about the takeover falling through, but groups like this don't let things get out in public - much less comment on them - if things are still up in the air. At this stage it'll be down to formalities but worst case scenario would be the takeover completed in June.

I've never understood the dislike for Billy Dodds, but I stopped listening to Clyde SSB long before he used to appear on it. I remember he was a bit bitter over leaving us as a player, but he's a diehard bluenose so I can understand that hurt. Even if he has said some daft things over the years, who hasn't said something in anger they later regret? I've always liked him. Both nostalgia from being twelve when we signed him and he was banging in the goals, plus I met him about ten years after that and he was absolutely sound.
