Bajrami has been a massive disappointment, I don't think anyone could argue otherwise

Fraser

Love LCD 🎵 maybe avoid North American Scum though, might block the takeover.

james whyte

100% on Bajrami, Davie. Of he was on trial he wouldn't be getting the gig. Sell!

Jim Milne

I deleted my comment trying to edit it. If I'm wrong I'll hold my hands up but from what I read he was front and centre at the event. "I didn't have any issues with the club statement yesterday. However I have a serious issue with the club allowing a person who has no problem sharing racist and antisemitic views running an event at Ibrox. Then telling us "This senseless and criminal behaviour has no place in sport, nor in society. Again, if you think such behaviour is acceptable, you are not welcome at Rangers matches." It takes 5 minutes to search someone online. It was the first thing I'd do when interviewing people. It appears the club has no issue inviting an antisemitic Celtic supporter to run events at Ibrox but has issues its own fans for similar behaviour. Ouur club seems inept in performing due diligence on many occasions."

I don't see anything other than what H&H report on. I binned my Twitter account a while back and haven't actively used my FB for years. Life is so much better.

Jim Milne

I reposted what I originally posted. If I'm wrong I apologise, but his views certainly don't align with what the club is requesting.

Craig

If the players change shirts at half time, doesn't that mean someone is currently bidding 25 grand on a shirt that had nothing to do with scooshgate?

Graham Hendry

Bajrami is full of shit - he’s been a dreadful signing and needs to move on. SELL!!!

Craig

What racist/antisemitic things has the guy said? Surely not that tweet where he said he liked upsetting zionists? The guy doesn't seem to be a Rangers fan, but it was a community event making use of the facilities, not a fans event. Some folk seem very keen to produce a 'gotcha' regarding this.

Jim Milne

I wasn't intending my comment to be a gotcha in anyway. He's made himself front and centre from an event at Ibrox who has views imo that are the opposite of what the club communicated yesterday. It's a free world, he's entitled to say and do what he wants and same goes if I disagree.

KennyY

Barjami has been really poor so far. I’d count a successful sale as having a decent sell on which we haven’t had in any recent sale to my knowledge. Our moist neighbours regularly have at least 20% sell on and we should be negotiating for that on Igamane imo.

Doogz

The fastest I’ve seen Bajrami move since he signed was running down the line celebrating Igamane winner on Sunday.

Glyn Davies

Surely we could of got Lennon Miller last summer for the price we paid for Bajrami?

Stewart Robertson

Just a general comment - I’m back to enjoying my fitba’ for the first time in a long while.

James

Good to seen that Andrew Cavenagh is getting into the spirit of things by buying the Cerny shirt! 😉

Brian dowie

Sport options are doing overnight stay for £510 . Have to get your own hotel though

G Calder

In what way is this linked to the UEFA charge for the racist / inappropriate banner ?

Jim Milne

What I meant was that if the views expressed on the banner are considered unacceptable, are his views also not also unacceptable?

James McSween

Bajrami is out for himself. He was brought on at HT against Motherwell and after been given his tactical instructions he turned to the players next to him and said he’s going freestyle and in turn was poor.

Craig Clements

not going to lie david, but I don't recall many examples of talent from Bajrami. looks like a guy who won a mygers competition to play with the first team

Jim McCutcheon

Are ye going too frame the shirt David 👕 😍 😁

G Calder

Its mental we are discussing this on a football forum. What i will say due to this banner IMO will result in another ban of fans from Uefa.

Jim Milne

To a point I agree and disagree. Look at yesterday, 250+ comments so people feel strongly about it. If the banner wasn't used and the club didn't make the statement it would not be a relevant topic of discussion IMO. By the way, I completely agree with the club's statement I just think that the banner and his opinion are no different in what the club are calling out. You're 100% right on UEFA, they'll either be no away fans in Bilbao or partial stand closure. Although if UEFA could ignore similar issues across the city and let them travel to Munich then it should be the same for us. Cheers.

Damien Stubbs

Mr Cavanagh perhaps. Commemorating his first time witnessing us do them, first of many hopefully.

David Murdoch

How much did we pay for barjrami?

Brian Rae

Bajrami looks like a loan signing to me instead of a permanent one. He's not shown anywhere near enough to justify the 3.5m outlay and at 25, should be far more consistent and prominent in the team. It's going to be a big and interesting summer with regard to ins and outs.

David_Davy_Dave

Scheduling of that Aberdeen game is a joke. We should be playing our 2nd string

Granters

Bajrami just looks like the classic example of a guy who’s come here and found the shirt too heavy. Used to playing in front of 15k fans in Serie B and lower Serie A for clubs not expected to win anything. Has come here and found it’s all a bit too intense for him. Fair enough, he’s not the first and won’t be the last. Best for all parties to go our separate ways in the summer and get our money back.

Graham Jones

We are not selling Igamane for £15m this summer, ffs. 🙈 You’ve been back on form these past few days, but that was a howler. Strikers like him go for £25m minimum, with add ons. Bajrami hasn’t dazzled me so far. He’s okay, but you’re right he has more talent than he’s shown. It might help the club sell him if we don’t start a campaign where we’re desperate to get rid of him. That will guarantee that he’s here next season.

Scott Tolmie

The silence from the club on the object throwing is poor, they should coming out and being very vocal on this, we all know when it was the other mob they went mental about it for weeks/months

Heart and Hand

That’s the gamble. Do we take 15m now for a rebuild or hold on another year? And it’s a gamble we’ve got wrong consistently.
