Jamie Gilchrist

Did you send the request to have him on the show in April and this is him just getting to your mail?!

michael Cochrane

So he’s already having a pop at fans with his social media comment ! No wonder a lot of fans have no time for this idiot !

Colin McPherson

Very little substance. Blaming everything and everyone else and saying look every 2 minutes...

Jonny Wilson

2 seconds in, "Supporters liason officer" Started laughing already.

Jonny Wilson

And he's started talking, I'm now laughing even more.

Peter Hosie

elite level! even junior football clubs have a phone number for tickets and what happened to the scandal of Seville

James McGee

Couple of minutes in and he’s having a dig about the view of him on social media…

Lee Colvin

He said at the start of mygers that it wouldn't be a closed shop.I'm sorry, but if you don't buy the add ons then it is 100%.

Keiren hastie

“We all work hard” you’re a fraud. We all know it

Trev @JimmyBell_Loyal

Can we rescue Greg from under his duvet or at least an upgrade to his Nokia 3210 😂

@bluebeans

Edited my comments as not sure my comments are going to help anyone but will say this, so much of this interview is emblematic of the problems we have right now.

Ally Auld

Don't think he merits some of these comments tbh as he will be trying to do his best I'm sure, but I know from posts online there's a lot of frustration. I'll preface my comments by saying for anyone in that role I think it's a thankless task! Good he agreed to have the interview but for me the big ones like the ticketing website and catering, he acknowledges both, but doesn't really answer the question or provide information on the plan to improve them both.

Heart and Hand

People forget there’s a human being on the end of them. You can criticise without insulting someone.

ally keith

He gets a decent wage from the club, all we ask is for him to reply to us. We might not like the reply but a reply would be decent.

Ando

Impossible job, deserves more respect that he gets

David Woods

Don't normally comment, but listening to and reading a lot of comments over the past few weeks, seems to me there is a real lack of respect among the rangers support for those in positions of authority within the club. Maybe I'm a square and old fashioned, but it seems to me to be a reflection of the society we live in now. 😔

Christina Herriot

I found this a really difficult listen. Apart from the sound from Greg's end which was poor, I wanted to say 'Take a Breath'. Not a criticism of Greg in his role but I'm still not sure what it is exactly.

Gary Brown

Thanks for setting this up David. And well done to Greg for standing up and taking part.

Gregg

Thought Greg came across well - acknowledged the issues and seems the customer service improvements, if they are successful, will let him concentrate on his role rather than being responsible for every issue. Whilst there has been issues in the past hopefully we can all cut him and the team some slack and concentrate on the positive changes going forward

Pedro M SVO

very poor questions by David should asked him more questions about my gers as its becoming a close shop as the same people you see on twitter or facebook getting tickets for away games & european away games my gers should be reset every season so people start wth 0 and they should get points when they renew there season ticket & there my gers & they should work there self up to gold

Steve23

Seems to me that there is a distinct lack of respect for the fans, you know the paying customers? from those in positions of authority within Ibrox. I don’t feel that was a particularly productive interview. Its been a long time since I have seen the fanbase so discontented as they are now. Club employees like the SLO have a lot of work to do if the want to turn that around. I agree completely that the personal insults have no place on this board though.

Steven L

Decent enough interview but mygers….. it should be the top down for tickets aye very good. Same people every week but I suppose only the super staunch deserve tickets… thankless job tho David for you both on this interview.

Paul Kerr

Many supporters don't feel like 'valued' customers. That's the singular issue all of these interviews should be addressing. If they want to run our club strictly as a business, then they have to run it like a proper business. The service isn't there. It's appalling. In a normal business the customer goes elsewhere, at a football club it just breeds resentment especially if the team on the park don't seem to represent value for money either.

Greg Marshall

Thanks for the comments both positive and negative. Whilst trying to have a whistle stop tour of some of the key issues I can understand that fans can want more details on specific topics. I am hoping to continue working with Dan media to help allow greater insight. As said in the interview, we are up to date pretty much on responses so if there is anything that needs a push for an answer, let us know at slo@rangers.co.uk
