Colin McMillan and Martyn Ramsay were invited by our good friends at William Hill today to the launch of their newly transformed shop in Glasgow and joining them there was Ally McCoist!

Ally was speaking at the launch of William Hill’s newly transformed, state-of-the-art, shop in Grand Central Station, Glasgow. This exciting new digital shop also delivers innovations in player safety.

The Lads had a quick chat with him about betting back in his playing days, being voted number 1 in Heart and Hand's greatest ever Ranger, The Souness revolution and the ever changing role of the modern striker.

Brilliant interview lads. My greatest Ranger of all time, we were so lucky to have a number of true Rangers men all playing in the same, extremely successful team. I remember going on the journey with these players. The fans and the core of that team were completely connected. I know we tend to be negative about his time in the managers seat but I’ll also never forget what that man gave and sacrificed for our club. None of us will ever really know what men like him and Sandy Jardine went through. Super Ally right enough.

Ally's such a good guy. I met him by chance when my dad took us on a detour via Ibrox on the way home from a family holiday - I must have been about 8 or 9 years old. He stood and spoke to me and my dad for a good 10 minutes outside the front doors of the stadium and was absolutely brand new. A great ambassador for our club.

He always has time for every single fan. I remember as a 5 year old refusing to cut my hair for a year so I'd have the same long hair at the back as Super Ally, as many kids in my class did too. He's such an integral part to each and every one of our lives. Memories, goals, signing stuff, pictures, etc. He has had a sad year with the loss of those close to him. He is our generations John Greig. My greatest Ranger.
