Don’t know who I want but I do know I’m not keen on Dyche coming. His style of play with Burnley was pretty much survival, don’t know if he has it in him to play decent attacking football. I do think he would get the players showing the effort they have lacked for most of this season but after watching what we have so far I don’t fancy the prospect of watching a Dyche team

I think a UK based manager will be picked. Not sure who it will be. Pretty sure it won't be Stevie G due to the way he left. I would like someone who will bring a feel good factor and get the fans pulling together.

Don't understand the love-in for Michael Beale. In his first season in management, with 4 wins and 1 draw in his last five matches at QPR - absolutely not for me. Don't think he'd come anyway given his comments last year hinting the board pulled promised funding. Also think as long as Ross Wilson is there overseeing the recruitment we're not catching Celtic. It's an absolute farce that he's not also been binned given his abysmal track record.

It's not just the style that's the issue. Dyche has never been in a situation where winning was expected week-to-week. If you're winning trophies you can accept boring football - you can't accept boring football, at a club like ours, when you're also not winning anything.

Very good point. I suppose if we had been winning 2-0 the way we were playing under Gio he’d still be in a job, regardless of how absolutely dire we were to watch

Quite enamoured with idea of Gerardo Seoane. Good track record. I'll be majorly pissed off if we go in for Gerrard or Beale. We need to move forward, not continually look backwards.

We need someone who is dynamic in their style, can change up the tactics when we are playing against a low block, someone who is unpredictable rather than pass out wide, aimless ball into the box that most hammer throwing defenders in the league eat up. Would love Todesco, not sure Dyche would work for us, but I have fears about the boards ability to get this appointment right. Side note, sorry to hear about your loss Cammy, thoughts with you and your family
