Get resolutions in the bin, make a list of new stuff instead. I’ve no will power, so I just make a list of stuff I want to do instead of give up. This year I’m going to work my way through one of they top 100 movies list, apart from the horrors because I’m a shite bag.

John Johnston

One for the heart and hand podders to stop ripping the shit out of Colin on that room 101 pod.

Andrew Meldrum

Use them as a way to restore old habits, not take up new ones. I used to run, at least twice a week. A hernia op and too much work meant I lost the habit. So, at least one run a week for me next year.

Gordon Robertson

To get back into watching games with my Ger's chum. During covid we've got out of the habit of going to each other's houses. In the 80s we used to go to pubs together then when we got paid for channels we visited each other. Now in our 60s we don't drink during games but we must start visiting again. (We live in Edinburgh)

Jamie

No wine on a weekday and to see what people see in Ryan Kent.

John Smith

Consistently going to the gym and improving my self confidence

Jonny Aitken

Neighbour has a a new dog. My new year resolution will to stop barking through my ring doorbell when they are taking it for a walk…is this a good idea as dog seems to like it but neighbours shake their head and am sure I heard them say ‘this cunt again’ last night

Alan Murdoch

Got a Christmas card from one of the kids in the 3rd year maths class I teach saying she hoped my new-year resolution was to find more jokes...😄😄😄

Pondo Sinatra

Happy New Year boys! My resolution for 2023 is to take the plunge & dive headlong into a bit of serial killing! My big concern though is getting caught what with all the CCTV cameras & pesky DNA evidence around these days! Could you guys advise me on the best way forward? 😬

Owen Scott

Make some time to listen to podcasts more instead of wasting hours scrolling through Social Media. TikTok already been uninstalled

Kieran

Getting back into going to the football is a big one for me. First time in my life I’ve felt myself getting less and less bothered about making home games. Been to 5 home games this season that my season ticket and European package allowed

Stuart Porter

Pay more attention to my family/ friends and stop bringing work stress home.

Rob Cunninghame

Use the gym a lot more and get the fitness levels back up

LD

If he came up with better ideas they wouldn't be able to

Tommy

The one about becoming a swimming pool cleaner in Florida still brings a smile to my face. Poor Colin

To stop a guilty pleasure that costs me £40 a month. I run a small business and for the last 5 yrs I’ve had an add on google. If you click on the add it’s supposed to put you straight through to my mobile. The problem/or not is that the numbers on the adds have become jumbled up for about the last year, this is no good for business leads but it does generate a steady stream of people to take the piss out😂 They think they’re calling to view a property, or buy logs etc, and can’t see my actual number as they’re only clicking a link which allows free rain to rip the total piss with no comeback. It’s a fkn goldmine! One example, I had a tramp ask if “I was a bus station?” to which I immediately replied “which bus station would you like me to be? 😂 He then asked for free bus travel to Dundee from Leven. After ripping him about where he was “Leven” from he eventually hung up. I then hid my caller ID and called him back to tell him that if he could get a lift to Kircaldy..he was just to ask at the station and say that big Del said it was all good😂 I can’t really afford £40 a month with cost of living and all that and I’m thinking of chucking it. It does help me through the long cold winter though so I’d like to hear what you think. Love the show btw and happy new year to all the team👍
