Great show lads.Cant disagree with anything you've said.I had the misfortune of having to walk to the game from dolly's end and I've never seen or heard such vile human beings. Not teenagers but grown men.I don't know how I managed to control myself.Whats more galling is plod stood and let them away with it.Im sure you all can imagine what was getting said.Vile b*stards.

Excellent pod gents. Agree 100% with Adam’s opening comments and it speaks to the wider problems that seem to transcend managers and infect new signings shortly after they arrive. We have had new guys slot in and really quickly sink into the core group mindset so it can’t be about purely getting new faces, it must be about some of the key players who have hung around too long. It’s why I would move on guys who others still rate like Kent and Morelos, not necessarily as they aren’t good or haven’t at times been good but we need to try something new not try and recapture the 55 team style and output. Interesting to hear the chat around Beale more or less having to rely on what GVB was slated for i.e. almost hoping a few of the ‘star’ players will do something. In recent games its been Sakala or Roofe having to lift a bitty performance with goals but there is still a lot of laboured midfield play, not helped for me by now having Kent drop in there where he might well find space but he is out of position for pressing and his passing just isn’t good enough. We all know that faces must change but I think until we have a real deep change in our team focus to shake things up and give teams new problems to work out we will continue with these type of performances. Yes we still have talented players who can have moments of brilliance but its not the team cohesion or performance that made us slick and deadly for 55. Yesterday again shows the benefit of having natural goal-scorers in the team, the lad up front from Aberdeen didn’t need much prodding to shoot and his strikes were on target and threatened which is in stark contrast to almost all our players who are reluctant or wayward in their striking. This team desperately needs more goals and to carry real threat across the park as it gives teams multiple problems to deal with, it makes them fearful of shots coming in from distance but most teams I think realise even when we control games we rarely turn the pressure into goals. Worryingly we are still talking about retaining a significant number of players who have gone stale here, another year here and a new contract there for guys who have peaked, not necessarily in their careers but definitely for us in my opinion. Hopefully getting a good five or six new faces in as regulars will change our dynamic. I love Ryan Jack (fit) but the fact we needed him to grab the game and get so far forward he was having a nosebleed is a damning indictment of where we are. Credit to him for having that desire and drive but we know we can’t rely on him. Spot on throughout Adam.

I knew VAR would end up making Celtic fans worse. They're genuinely ill and believe the rubbish that is peddled to them by their clubs cronies. I accept that they're ill but u can't accept people like Sutton and Stewart making money form Scottish football on my behalf. Sutton especially has accused a whole team of losing on purpose to Rangers and is continually trolling us with stupid tweet indicating bias in the Scottish game. Let's get this right. He gets paid by these companies to give expert( no laughing) analysis of our game yet thinks its corrupt. Why is he allowed a mouth piece to talk such crap. Is there anything we can do as I a support to challenge this? I know the club banned him but maybe we as fans can point out his rubbish and make him untouchable to TV companies. Let's get this rate he doesn't do this down south. They wouldn't put up with it down there.

I know what you’re saying is right, I understand the analysis blah blah … but we’re in a final!!!! Whoop 🙌🏻 🥳 I can’t wait 😊

Jack

Think you’re slightly unfair on Davies at the first goal David, I was sitting in the stand over at that side and he noticed early that Kennedy was running and was screaming at Barisic to cover! Sooner yilmaz is back the better

Doug Young

Good listen, thanks. Have to agree I think that is the first time ever I have seen Greegsy look nervous. So unusual, it was noticeable. It's a concern. Could do worse than throw McRorie in and see whether it's now or never.

Gary Brown

Enjoyed the show. Good valid points all round. Thanks lads👍

Jack

Out with an ankle injury think that’s why we’ve not seen him yet, Kieran Wright was the 3rd keeper warming up on Sunday

I don’t know if it just me but I constantly like to your podcast on a Bluetooth speaker linked to my phone and most of the time even with the volume turned up all the way the audio coming from your voices is still very quiet.

No problem just thought I’d say. I’ll keep any eye or should I say an ear and see if the issue my side keeps up.

Billy Brotherston

Bit too pessimistic for me, some of your podders don’t half dwell on the negatives.
