We were told Yilmaz, Mattondo, Davies were all upgrades on what was there last season. They weren't. Why don't we ever learn and just reserve judgment on new signings until we have seen them play?

Yilmaz and Davies were I think. It’s 4 days until our first home friendly. I’m optimistic. I’m happy. We are in a good place.

2 years of this absolute fu**wittery finally comes to an end. Costing the SPFL and the other Scottish clubs, 100s of thousands of £££s! Because Scottish football is dripping in money. A circus run by clowns. Is there any wonder we’re seen as a footballing backwater!? Well done Rangers though 👍👏👏

There's no need to punish the people in need that the charity helps just because of disagreements with a separate section of the organisation. Spreading the money across the three charities helps a wider net of people and splitting it up will have been a part of the agreement.

I can only hope this review has some kind of tangible effect. The standard of leadership for our league and game fills me with great despair with it's lack of drive and innovation. I want a revitalised league and to see Scottish football grow and attract better players. I want to see us being challenged properly by the Aberdeen, Hearts and Hibs of the game. I want title battles with more than just one genuine competitor. Not only does it make it more exciting for us, but it makes the product more attractive, improves Scottish teams chances in Europe and ultimately makes being champions more prestigious.

I might put a tenner on Doncaster resigning ahead of the inquiry and citing an inability to have a productive relationship with us (painted as our fault) to enable the “rangers bad” narrative to be maintained…sweep sweep

Let’s hope that Cinch also now pursue damages against the SPFL. What Cinch paid for was not delivered and the biggest name in Scottish football was excluded from their sponsorship.

The independent inquiry has a Celtic man involved. Nothing will come from this apology. They did it through gritted rotten teeth because their lawyer told them too. They will have there claws out and try and hit back soon.

Ok so I'm not the most clued up with this sort of thing but what exactly is involved in an idependent review of governance ? Who does it and what do they look for? Has anything like this not be done already into the spfl? What possible outcomes are there of an independent review?
