Brian Hodgson

Great update lads. Thanks for keeping us in a good place until the football starts again!

Hendi

Other clubs are not going to pursue a course of action that they believe is detrimental to their benefit just to spite Rangers. That's 90s Celtic level paranoia.

Heart and Hand

Don’t think I’ve ever argued that. But when their CE has just spunked 1.5m of THEIR money on what was a personal vendetta against Rangers and they allow him to stay then I’ll need an explanation as to how they benefit.

Hendi

It was the other boy, Stuart?, who said it TBF. Agree on the point about Doncaster but I think a lot of clubs prefer the perceived safety of the status quo and have low ambition so wouldn't be surprised if they just look the other way.

There is an element of Stockholm Syndrome there, definitely. I could understand it if it was a case of ‘he’s not great but he could be worse’ but he’s moved into actively harming their interests territory.

Stuart McWilliams

I'm not sure it's to spite us, but I do think there's an element of our issues being dismissed on the basis we're seen as serial complainers. I think that will change now in light of this.

Ewan Christie

Are there any clubs actively pursuing an interest in Hagi? He’s another one that fits into the Colak space, I’m not chasing him out the door but if we could get £4m plus I’d be quite happy!

Hendi

Agree with that, I think we are viewed as the boy who cried wolf so even when there is a legitimate concern raised by Rangers, then their initial instinct is that its not worth listening to.

Gregg

He’s a CEO who doesn’t seem to do CEO type tasks. You could argue - is it a position that’s really needed going forward? It seems more of an administrative type role - there doesn’t seem to be much strategic thinking. Appointing your first ever commercial director in 2023 talks to that

Doug

I must say, if the Wright and Kamara deals pan out and we manage to close that £4m Sakala deal, then on the face of it I'd have to call this one of the most successful transfer windows Rangers have ever had. Of course the true value will be tested on the pitch, but from the current POV, when considering where we were at the start of the window and all the worries about the rebuild, the overall speed and efficiency at which we struck our purchases and then arranged our outgoings has been superb.

It is gross misconduct We should get that assessment in writing from our lawyers and have it put to all other clubs at the same time the independent report discloses it’s findings

Adam

It's actually baffling to me that Doncaster has been working in Scottish football for well over a decade and it hasn't improved it even a little bit during his tenure. It was in a better nick when he arrived than it is now. Utterly bewildering when you consider how much football has evolved since then.

Alright David was look for a bit of advice can I scan multiple qr codes from the same phone or will I have to print them out

Heart and Hand

If you or I deliberately took a course of action that cost our employers 1.5m our feet wouldn’t touch the ground!
