Alan travels back to days of yore and covers several brilliant domestic and European games.  Goals, goals and more goals, not too mention a wee bonus of several last minute Old Firm winners.  Also, news, movies, birthdays, transfers and fantastic music from each of the years.

What’s it all about ? ALFIE!

Colin McAdam gets a mention in the clip. He scored this exquisite goal at Ibrox where he launches himself at a ball in the box whilst contorting his body in to almost a right angle firing in a sublime goal. I have no memory of the opponents, but will remember that one. Colin McAdam.

I’ve watched the clip so many times I can recite the commentary from when it’s in gas meters hands until it hits the back of the net . Commentators who actually liked and were passionate about football

Brilliant memories mate! Still only got 1 out of 3 right enough!! Between your patter and my singing it’s incredible there was anyone near us in the East Enclosure. I promise I did not sing along…..

Great tunes and great games as ever Alan. Mrs Robinson is one of my favourite movies. The Simon & Garfunkel song is a classic but I actually prefer the Lemonheads cover from the outstanding It’s a Shame About Ray album. Keep up the good work.

Superb again. Trying to figure out who you were directing "won't be fooled again" against...?! Also, I think you may have some catchphrases developing: "moving on, moving on"!

Good memories there. Was at rugby Park in the sunshine that day .great strike from jazzer. I emigrated to Australia the week before the 4-2 celtic game and made my debut in the Adelaide supporters club to watch it. Went to the bluesfest in byron bay and saw Susan vega there twice she was great. I haven't had a request for a few weeks so how about the icicle works, love is a wonderful colour. Cheers Alan keep up the good work.🇦🇺
