Big week ahead! Please, no more defenders in the midfield. I'd rather see a young player in his natural position than someone shoehorned in there. (Unless your John Stones) Isn't that the purpose of an academy?

Mark Sheen

My nephew was at the recent Christmas party through the Rangers charity & Ronald McDonald house, a great evening & was brilliant he got to meet the players. I won’t lie I was very jealous he got to meet Butland 😂

Rona Bluebell

The treble is on!!!! (Fuck being sensible, I’m all in this week) 🏆 🏆 🏆

Ian MacLeod

Cifuentes wasn't initially booked for the challenge. Clancy didn't even blow for a foul. He played on and only stopped play several seconds later to allow treatment to Bayakoko.

Gary Staff

Nice tunes today thought I’d accidentally put on my Spotify playlist 😀

George Higgins

Big pivotal week ahead. We win both games and we are flying.

Jim McCutcheon

Yes David in a much better tid noo 😀, hopefully we can take the chance to kick on an hopefully don't shit it 😬, thanks David 👍

William Hughes

Didn't look like a red. The Dundee lad is going in with both feet off the ground. Thought that was meant to be out of control? Soft. Modern football.

KennyY

If come the New Year we have a league cup in the bag and are ahead in the league there’s going to be a meltdown over there. To overturn a 7 point lead when a lot of our fans had written us off is absolutely huge.

KMS

Love the charity foundation work with the kids, gives them such a lift, even if the kid isn't a fan of the club it makes an impression, I work for the NHS and I've seen the positive impact it can have on a childs positivity and mental health. I actually got ripped into a tim on social media a few days ago about this because he saw fit to make jokes and derogatory remarks about this, the players and the club. I hate that sh1t, go be a rival and a wanker elsewhere, These kids are dealing with, enduring, and living with mountains we adults would crumble whilst facing, many football clubs do it, every single one should be praised and commended for what those visits and gestures achieve, when it comes down to it, it's common decency and just being a decent human being. More power to our charity foundation and we'll done to all involved, sometimes the smallest acknowledgement inspires the biggest impact ❤️👍

Gazza G

I am alone in hoping for a shot at the conference? More our level this year maybe? And a wee final in sunny Athens vs you know where!

David Campbell

Your 100% bang on with your point David even if the gaffer doesn't agree. Hopefully something that is sorted ASAP!

Donnie Robertson

I’ve not heard that song for ages. A classic 👍

John

I fully agree, David. I met Gazza in a Glasgow M&S after the dentist when I was 10 or so. It was about this time of year. I can’t remember if I mumbled or just drooled post-dentist. He somehow got what I was asking & signed one of my Christmas cards! What a legend & it absolutely still sticks with me. Jack & Borna will have made a few days, that’s for sure.

Paul

My thoughts exactly mate. Maybe the new manager doesn't fancy him. He hasn't been in any of the squads. I'd rather him than a defender there.

Heart and Hand

Agreed, don’t care if it’s us, a Celtic player or a Killie player - taking an afternoon to make a lasting memory for a child going through a bad time is a class thing to do.

Allan Osborne

Is Jack definitely out on Sunday then? The injuries are beyond chronic but yesterday was a good boost!

David Innes

I’d much rather finish 3rd than 2nd. I’d fancy our chances against pretty much anyone in that competition except for Villa

Stace1ofthePeople

David do you think this number of injuries is something other teams experience also and we just don't hear about it or are rangers cursed? It's ridiculous. In your opinion why do you think we have so many injuries? They have seriously hampered the last two seasons. We are paper thin. Gio had CL games with sands and King at CB I'm sure 😳

Gareth bennie

I’d rather we won the group. If we don’t, I think we’d be better going into the Conference League. If Villa are still in the hunt for a CL spot in the spring, they might field a weakened team.

Heart and Hand

No, truthfully I think we have more injuries than the average and the manager has alluded to it too. Reasons are hard but a few possibilities: 1. Signing injury-prone players. 2. Not fit enough after pre-season. 3. Having to overplay players due to others continually being unavailable.

Gary Brown

Thanks for the update. It's brilliant the tradition of players visiting kids in hospital still happens.

Craig

I met the full team when I was 16/17 going to watch them train at the Albion and still remember it like I was a 6/7 year old! Outstanding by Borna & Butland, showing their class.

John Palmer

Lawrence out again. Maybe time to let him go. Every time he returns for one match he's then out for the next 10. That's not good enough and Rangers need to stop with this rubbish and move players on if they cannot stay fit.

Graham Jones

I just think the manager was protecting team confidence regarding your question to him. It’s nothing personal David, just a man trying to protect the work that has helped create this run the team are on. We should view the Europa League match and the cup final as equal in importance, because if you want the manager to have as much help as possible, everything we can get from Europe will aid in the squad improvement he will want to do. So winning that game in Spain takes on significance whether we prefer a shiny trophy that offers nothing else than a permanent hard-on for a few days. We can do it, just as we did in Dortmund. They were a far better side, and we raised ours game enough to play with discipline required and took our chances. When they came along.
