Great weekend. Fans need to step up now - plenty of us love to berate the players for a lack of bottle whilst panicking at the first bump in the road.

Not arsed about the Betis game, we have European football after Christmas and we have more important games this week and up to New Year.

Andy

Alan “as you say” 😂😂😂

Well said. The 12th man is the biggest liability on the team. Something good happens its 'can't get too carried away' anything bad and getting too carried away is the first thing done and done to the highest level possible! Clement's team have showed bottle, resilience & perseverance more than once at home & away and dug out results from a losing position. 4 times Dundee Aris, Aberdeen, Hearts out of 12 matches, 25%! Came back to win 2, draw 2, lose 0! And even the 2 draws were unfortunate not to be wins. Aye 4 outa 12 is too many but this is a team in development and remember "we shall emerge stronger because of the trials to be overcome" and that is what they've done.

Thanks for the Flagship David, Alan & Andy. Good show. Enjoyed it. Conceded 8 in the league and the vast majority of them have been brain-farts by defenders something which cannot really be coached out of a player, they themselves know its the last thing they should've done. But focus and concentration can be coached & worked on. Something not mentioned from Sat. Lundstrum was heavily pushed under the ball before his header and that's why he headed, weakly, across his own box leading to their goal. If attacking your looking for a pen for that. VAR in another league would likely give the foul. Not sure about the slow start thing (plus he's bigger & scarier than you David, sorry!). When we've conceded first it's usually due to us being higher up the park just beforehand. Maybe more the tracking back / defending is the slower bit rather than us 'starting' slow. Semantics perhaps but clearly caught on the break v Aris and Hearts, Sheep (a) & Dundee its really been when drawn into a 'street fight' at the start when pushing on & trying to impose themselves. Just an opinion. Thanks again guys.

I hadn't realised Cifuentes was suspended for Thursday, and can't work out why he is suspended for Thursday? Have I had a brain fart and forgot something obvious?

C. J

I really appreciate the edit during the intro here guys. Genuinely, thank you. You're a good egg, Davie.

Paul

He isn't as far as I'm aware. I think Andy must have been confused because I'm sure he can play on Thursday.

Graeme Robb

We should get the strips made from the most stretchy material we can find. Might help get more penalties

Regarding teams fearing us again then that will not happen until the shelf life of this current squad expires. We are far too nice a team as per the example set by the captain. We need players that will start the game by taking it by the scruff of the neck. Not meekly accepting our lot and waiting to see how a game transpires.

Michael

Would it be worth trying Tavernier in midfield and put Sterling at right back? Would also be very happy to see King play in midfield

Rona Bluebell

I like Goldson and our defence is better with him but I still have scars from that 3-0 Hibs hampden defeat and his post match defeatist comments which gave a peak into a losing mentality. We’ve had two managers since then. If PC can instil a winners focus and belief in the team, that you never give in. Ever. Then we have a chance. It’s No Surrender for a reason.

Gregg

I’d be playing rice or king (if he is indeed being groomed for a midfield role). We have a fairly settled defence and I’d rather stick to that and have one change rather than making multiple changes to cover one absentee.

Gregg

💯- we’ve had folk fawning over Celtic for too long as well , they’re winners, they find away, they always get late goals etc etc etc. Be good if we wrapped that

Scott Cameron

Getting Ryan Jack fit and available for selection on Sunday and the OF game is much needed

Gary Shaw

I think this must be the only league in Europe, were we would rather win the third most important cup in the domestic season than progressing in the European tournament that we’re in 😄….

Andrew Meldrum

After you said it, no-one corrected you. Which was partly why I thought it had to be true.

Gary Shaw

All Rangers fans would say the same,David (me included)…Losing on Sunday isn’t an option.

This episode won’t come off my downloads although I’ve now listened to it twice, no wonder it sounded familiar!! Anyone know how to shift it?

David Cramb

I had to delete the app and then reinstall it. When I logged back in it was fixed
