Hello Patrons!

I hope all is good with you wherever you are. Quick update from me:

I've split the next Napoleon video into two parts, because there were just too many interesting stories to tell.

Part 1 will be 'Napoleon's Vietnam - Spain 1809-11'. There's no featured battle in this one, but plenty of history and plenty of action. Guerrillas, sieges, the Lines of Torres Vedras and more. I'm just putting the finishing touches on this, and it should be ready for Patreon early access in the next day or so.

Part 2 will be the Salamanca campaign of 1812.

I'm very conscious of the fact that perhaps not all Patrons love Napoleonic military history, specifically, as some of us, and that this series has turned into a very big beast. But we are nearly there now - videos on Russia, Leipzig and Napoleon's final campaign in France to come, then we will see new votes and new topics!

Thank you once again for your support and encouragement, I'll be back with early access for the new video very soon.

Best,

Toby

Oh man I could watch Napoleonic history videos only...

Love the videos Toby! Will Byzantium be a voting choice in the near future?

Giancarlo Andujo

What? Who doesn't like Napoleon? I can't get enough of your videos and don't forget the Italian expedition.

EpicHistoryTV

Thank you! Yes it could be. After this series we'll have a few days for people to post their ideas, see which get the most likes/support, and then I'll put together a short-list for a vote.

I think it’s essential for the channel to start the Rome series as it makes the channel a true reference for history lovers.

EpicHistoryTV

Haha, steady, we haven't got to the vote yet, but I hear you.

Marcus Cribb

From the video alone, Spain, Portugal, Britain and Germany (Hanover) but we can easily add in Austria, Russia and Italy against the Tyrant. Not forgetting, Sweden and Holland/Belgium who changed sides but were generally against the Ogre!

Giancarlo Andujo

They turned against him because of his continental system. Apparently it was really unpopular and got in the way of businesses across Europe. Russia was hit the hardest and began trading with Britain again.
