So my guess is Poppy is blowing off some pent up steam. If Julri messaged her and she’s been squashing down any emotions she’s had since catching him cheating on her....I think now is the time they’re going to bubble to the surface. Personally, I really enjoy the balance of this story. It is refreshing that the main theme isn't just the characters falling in love or living happily ever after. The intriguing plot has me hooked. Every week I want to know more about the world around all the characters. Seeing how differently Tora's men treat him compared to Vincent and Marin was surprising. The scenes with Jacob and Dene at the party has me curious about their lives away from work. And don't get me started on Gil's shady business. However, the romance is so steamy! The chemistry between Poppy and Tora is intense, yet simple and sensual. Watching them interact and tease each other is such a treat. The gradual development of their feelings for each other is so realistic. Both Poppy and Tora are both aware of the attraction between them, however they have past experiences that make them cautious. This adds amazing depth to the characters and makes emotion all the more real. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing story! 🥰🥰🥰
