I'm not a director atm but YES. Honestly I'm surprised as well. I could see just like... an elder turning up at a hero's day job and turning it into a theatrical production where the drama is all amplified and people who go against the narrative are replaced by people who pretend to be them. Honestly would be a fun villain of the week.

I would love to see the concept of the Elders and the Power Primordial used more. A story I'd love to see that came to mind is an alternate future in which the entirety of earth and humanity is destroyed, with a sole survivor who is a superhero getting the Power Primordial and being admitted into the Elders, becoming the Avenger. Kind of a stupid idea but I think it'd be fun.

I actually have the outline of a (definitely overcomplicated) story with one. "Simple" summary is that on an alternate earth, Collector collects just 1 human so that no one will notice, then all other humans are wiped out, so the last human gains the Power Primordial and copies and combines the movesets of many of Earth's heroes and villains, calling himself The Imitator as he fights villains across the universe, and is then recruited by a day god from a different universe to join a team of people to stop his corrupted counterpart. During this he is made an Avenger by that world's team, and starts going by The Avenger.

Weird - I always thought that because so much of Kamo Tharnn’s story revolved around the Runestaff, and because the Runestaff represented the repository and means of obtaining the knowledge he was keeping and gathering, he was the Possessor of the Runestaff.

My pet theory about the power primordial is that it's like a micro scale version of the power cosmic. Galactus was the last survivor of his universe, and the possible future cosmos versions of Galactus with Franklin Richards, the Hulk, etc., have a similar deal.

Did he just get introduced as a sexist pig and then no writer thought to have him actually fight a woman for like... decades? it looks like the first panels are from the 80s and the later panels are from the 2000s.

Something like The Communicator and my whole thing is to intercede in the comic plots that rely on inherent miscommunication as a story device. It’s fine to fight because you want to take over the world but I would exist to stop the comics that happen because someone does a bad job of explaining why they’re doing something and a misunderstanding makes everything a big mess. I’d have a side hustle as a consultant who tells villains when their plans are inherently insane and there is an easier way to accomplish their goals

I'd probably be the Philosopher. My purpose would be to ponder life and culture, and share wisdom to those seeking it. I would probably live in a semi-remote world in a large house of many paintings. I imagine sitting in the center of a massive circular library at a desk messy with scrawlings of poetry, drawings and miscellaneous thoughts. I think my character would show up personally less than people misinterpreting pieces of thoughts scattered throughout the universe, or references to a religion/cult/organization formed around my books, thoughts and art.

New upload reminded me I finished No Surrender lmao. Fantastic book, very very pleasantly surprised with the focus on Wonder Man/Lightning and Quicksilver. Jarvis was cool in the narrative but as someone who's not a huge Avengers reader being reminded the Avengers fully just have an Alfred clone at home in the mansion is deeply fucking funny.

In the game it mentions how the Elders are the last of their species, however you can find a lore entry on Profiteer…. Where it randomly says she is the younger sister to grandmaster, I am unsure where they got that from, but according to Tokkon lore, Profitter and Grandmastwr are siblings
