'Isekai Izakaya - Koto Aitheria no Izakaya Nobu' : Japanese Food From Another World (or 'Isekai Izakaya Nobu' for short) is the other significant restaurant to a fantasy world series. It pays closer attention to the actual food preparation, and in addition, ends with a live-action segment, either a food prep of the dish featured, or a restaurant review that features the dish in question. IMHO, I think this is the better series, 24 episodes and was featured in that food anime listing

Also, its cool how most anime use generic art for the food while this one gets your mouth watering with close-ups and tasty descriptions. Hearing you both talking about the food makes me even hungrier. I will add one last thing as someone who enjoying cooking and baking; it is so satisfying to watch someone enjoy something that you have made.

This is the one I would suggest next. I can't think of another food isekai other than the ones you've already seen. Of course, there are a lot of non-isekai.

It is very much an anthology type show, so many different characters and lore all connected by this one place. Like with Lara Croft, I mean Sara Gold. The novels and manga go into more detail especially about the restaurant itself, but the show will explore that too later on. And there are episodes that have after credit scenes in season 1 episodes 3, 8 and 12 have a scene after the ending

It really is very much an anthology show. One fun thing about it is that the patrons refer to each other by the name of their preferred dish, not their actual names. And it is very much like Fight Club. Outside of the restaurant they don't talk about the restaurant with anyone who they don't recognize as fellow patrons.

Please dont judge the whole country by like 5-10 of those absolute worst vids ypu see of street food, thats like me thinking every school in america gets shot, every white person is a school shooter or all black people do crime just cuz some people do it. Its a minotiy case. id say not even 0.001% of population eat in those places but influencers wanting easy views would go to places like that and show those off even more. Yes the country has issues but those are as relevant around the country as much as they are made out to be. In my own whole life of more than 2 decades, i have never personally seen a place as dirty as those videos show. And i mean it when i say that that even the poorest of the poor dont usually eat at those places as you can easily get more hygenic stuff anywhere else at most like the same or even less of the cost. Its just some dumb people with no civic sense ruining the image of the whole country. Well enough of that, i hope you also check out food wars someday, seeing you like food related anime. Yes food wars gets a bit gooner but i have actually sucsessfully copied reciepes and tricks that they use in that show, its been a major inspiration for me to cook, watching that show. Some big inspiration being onion and honey being good ways to make meat products moer juicy. You will know more of what i mean by that if you watch the show, under the gooneer ness, there is actual cooking tips and tricks
