This episode had so many great one liners, and the cut to scenes never get old. I think one of the reasons this show is so well loved is that even after 25 years the subject matter is still relevant. The running gags and call backs in this series are also so much fun.

"This is the slowest moving fire"... Well they are burning books. It is hard to burn books because of the lack of oxygen when they are intact and closed. I did have fun watching this one especially with the tie to Hansel and Gretel.

One of my top ten episodes. It's SUCH a clever and creative premise executed to perfection. Classic Cordelia lines, lots of Joyce, Willow's Mum and Giles using a computer! Truly this show just keeps on delivering. :) I'm so glad you love it .

I always forget how much I love this episode and it really rings poignant these days. Maybe we've got one of those demons running around now. Amends was the mid-season finale, I think in Buffy those happen at or around episode 10. Last season episode 10 was What's My Line Pt. 2 so that would make sense.
