Patreon Show Drops for the Week of February 23 (Patreon)

Hey gang! Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! Shout-out to folks who attended our raucous show at the Hollywood Improv last night! We love playing Los Angeles and you all showed up in style for us! Thanks so much! Okay, real fun week in the WHMu coming up, so let's see what's cooking:

First up tomorrow, it's the final week of "White Guy Karate" Month and the final WHM episode of the month is a total banger: that's right, we're talking about Steven Seagal in Out for Justice! If you haven't seen it, we recommend checking it out before listening because wowza, it is a wild film! The William Forsythe performance alone is worth the price of the rental! Then on Thursday, we're releasing the February edition of our Star Trek chat show, The Nexus! We're back to regularly scheduled programming where we'll be talking about the TOS TAS episode, "The Jihad," where Kirk and Spock team up with other scientists to help prevent a holy war, and the TNG episode, "Darmok," where Picard has to figure out how to communicate with these Gleep Glops that only speak in metaphors! And finally on Friday, we officially bring "White Guy Karate" Month to a close with our latest syncable commentary, it's the Kickboxermentary! That's right, we're talking over the JCVD classic from 1989 where he enters a kickboxing tournament to avenge his brother who was crippled in the ring by the film's Big Bad. Yes, this is the film where JCVD does the insane, coked-out dance that's been beautifully meme'd into oblivion.
