FALLOUT (2024) EPISODE 1 FULL LENGTH REACTION - WATCH ALONG

Comments

MAD Mitch

I’ve only played FO4. By coincidence playing RDR2 now.

Casimir

Oh y'all are watching FO... I've sat down and watched a few episodes but haven't finished it yet. I'll be watching it here then. The games have a... unique style of humor.

BERSERKER HALL OF REVIEW S

Hell yes!! I’m so much in love with the show. Was hoping you guys would react to it!

GroovySmoothie

You guys are going to love this series, especially coming into the world blind there is so much mystery yet to uncover. Can't wait for the rest!

JohnKoffey

By the way since you guys watched Arcane, you will be happy to know that Lucy's actress, Ella Purnell, voiced Jynx ^^ !

Melissa Creel

Awesome. This will be fun. I don't know if you have watched it already but if you haven't you need to do Shogun. It's excellent. Besides the story there are location shots and beautiful cinematography. And as a bonus, Hiroyuki Sanada.

Sandra Germain

What a nice surprise to see that you are reacting to Fallout! I miss your reactions to series and I hope that maybe you will react to new other shows before seasons 2 of Arcane and HOTD. I have some recommendations (Blue eye Samurai, Fargo...!!!) But rewatching Fallout with you already makes me so happy. Guys, prepare yourself for my bombardment of comments on YouTube, because this show inspires me and this universe is so rich and dense and there is so much to say. Also, you should listen and watch the end credits, which is like an artistic illustration, each time different, of the episode you have just seen: the lyrics of the songs add something specific to each episode. And retro music is an essential aspect of Fallout's unique poetry.

Joey Cintron

This was a great season!!! Even if you know nothing about the game like me. The show stands on its own as an awesome world. I'm still hoping to see you guys react to Robocop (2014)!!!

William

i am really pleased you guys are reacting to this show

Daniel A

I am so happy to watch this along with yall.

Zensonar

They really nailed the production design. Clearly this was made by fans of the games. The music, the sets, the vault suit, the pip-boy, the vault branding and posters, the Brotherhood armor, the stimpack, even the sound it makes when Lucy used it, it's all pretty much 1 to 1 exactly the same as the games. Even that rack that they hang the power armor on, I have one of those in my settlement. Really glad it has been renewed for a second season.

The Media Knights

RDR2 is a masterpiece! What a game. Never seen Denise so enthralled by a game before haha!

The Media Knights

Definitely wanna check out the games down the line. Which one do you recommend starting with?

The Media Knights

And here it is! We are gonna start covering more shows this year. Can't wait to see what stories we get to experience with y'all!

The Media Knights

Definitely loving what we've seen so far! Can't wait to see where the story takes us!

The Media Knights

Ella Purnell! Can't wait to check her out in Arcane S2 later this year!

The Media Knights

We love Hiroyuki Sanada! Shogun is also on our list of shows we want to cover down the line. Right now we have a pretty big show lined up that we've been meaning to catch up for a while now. But after we're done with that anything goes!

The Media Knights

So glad we get to experience yet another show together! Arcane S2 and HOTD S2 are coming down the line. Those shows mean the world to us not just as fans but because we met so many of you through watching them. Can't wait to see what's in store for us with Fallout!

The Media Knights

We are definitely gonna cover the remake! Things just shift with our schedule because of what's coming out. On one hand we need to keep an eye out for new releases and on the other we are now slowly expanding into shows. It's still just a two knight team so providing more content is exciting but it'll require some adjusting. That being said we've got a bunch of films we gotta get to! It's gonna be a busy busy summer 😄

The Media Knights

We are so happy we jumped on the opportunity to watch this! Such a great show so far!

The Media Knights

That warms our hearts! Glad fans of the game are getting what they waited for and that it exceeded everyone's expectations!

Melissa Creel

Hey, we're here for it. Whatever your guys do, we, (my husband and I) are there. We love you guys!! God Bless

Joey Cintron

Niiiiice. I love it. Can't wait to watch all the movies with you guys!

Zensonar

I'd say Fallout 4. I think it's the most accessible for new players and is showing its age less, being the more recent game. Fallout 3 and New Vegas are arguably better games in some ways, but I struggle to go back to those old graphics and I miss all the quality of life changes made in 4.

Katieee120

This is honestly a 10/10 show! They nailed everything about this. From set design, production quality and especially the music! You are in for a treat!

Katieee120

Also does this mean we could potentially get more shows? Maaaaaaybe Andor?

Ludus Aurea

Bethesda actually sent the 3D files like the .objs and stuff to the production team and they 3D printed a lot of the props so that's why everything looks 100% Fallout 4 accurate. It made me less impressed but it's not like 3D printing is easy or they didn't have to probably sand stuff down and obviously paint it. etc. I'm actually watching a different reaction right now but I've seen Season 1 like 7 times at this point and it's simply one of the best shows I've seen not to mention *the* best video game adaptation in film history, period. I'm also really happy we get to see this much Walton Goggins again - he's always been fantastic whether it was Hateful Eight, Django, Antman 2, Justified, Invincible, The Shield the Unicorn. There's also the legendary Kyle MacLachlan and quite a few great guest roles like Michael Emerson.

Casimir

Yeah, Fallout 4 is probably the best one to start with due to the other games' graphics being dated. I played New Vegas the most and it's the only one i finished. I've really just doodled in the others.

Ludus Aurea

The doll leg is from the games. You're correct - there's a gun in Fallout 4 called the Junk Jet and one in Fallout 3 called the Rock-It Launcher and they just fire whatever crap you have around. There's also a baseball launcher in 4.

Daniel Karlsson

I had been planing to watch this anyway, so great that you guys gave me the push. Liked the first episode a lot, looking forward to the rest!

danzogonzo

I know I'm a bit late but Ari, you play Fallout 4... It's the latest one and I actually got back into it because of this show. You won't be disappointed 💯

Joel

Loved this tutorial... err, first episode :P

Nowhere Man

Season 2 is coming in 2 weeks. It's time for a rewatch. Now that I’m rewatching this after the new Fantastic Four movie, I’m enjoying the similar juxtaposition of past styles and future technologies. The writing in this show has some similarities to Stranger Things. It has some beautifully tender moments followed by uncontrolled silliness followed by pure horror and gore. “And they lived happily ever after.” I’m sorry. This isn’t that kind of story. Just wait a few minutes...
