FALLOUT (2024) EPISODE 2 FULL LENGTH REACTION - WATCH ALONG

You guys were wondering how many references you're missing in the shop scene, just know that the show is so chock full of references I'm still finding stuff I missed on a third rewatch! If/when y'all play the games it's just going to be that meme of DiCaprio pointing at the TV the whole time.

The attention to all the game details almost made me cry...but this is from a girl whose nipples get hard when she hears the New Vegas theme.🤔🤣

This is like the 8th time or more I've seen this episode and I can't get over how good the prop design is. They put in so much stuff from the games that you seen for less than a second but I've noticed one of the Khans had a laser musket, the sign on Majunes Sundries was a normal Fallout 4 laser rifle, the one guy in the shootout scene had a pipe rifle, another guy had a bolt action pipe rifle, Majune had some sort of M14ish carbine, Maximus obviously had the normal laser pistol, Titus had the assault rifle, there was a Junk Jet or Baseball Gun or something in Majunes shop on the wall. They did such a great job not just of fan service but authenticity. Cooper/The Ghoul's handcannon was supposedly added to FO4 or 76 (not sure which one) but I haven't found it yet, too.

Perfect llate night, after work timing. This show is just something else, and I'm so glad I waited to watch this.

One of the things I love about Fallout is that even the very secondary characters are super well cast: - they found the cutest little girl to play the ghoul's daughter (her little voice...); - the mustachioed guy who says "young lady, comme back here right away!... That didn't work" is just perfect. His face is too funny; - not to mention the cousin, and the pregnant woman with a fork in her eye and a machine gun; - I looked for who played Dane because I found this person so charismatic (great voice and face! Every time Xelia Mendes-Jones speaks I feel that the scene would be perfect for the trailer); - Dale Dickey's performance as Ma...! I love her piercing eyes, she's great. "Baaaaaaaaaaarv!" ah, ah, ah; - too bad Wilzig is already dead, but it's always nice to see Michael Emerson again; - and finally, Michael Christofer as Elder Cleric Quintus is super intense and so charismatic too. It really feels Iike in a movie when he's on screen. I really enjoy, among other things, the quality of these supporting actings.

Every time I watch along with you two it's something that I've watched before and know I like. Fallout is the first show that I'm watching for the first time along with you. So awesome because you guys catch stuff that I would have missed. I can hardly wait for episode 3. Let's go!

Well we obviously have different tastes, Gato, as this series is absolutely fantastic! As I huge fan of the games, and a big critic of adaptations, I could not be happier with what we got.

The Media Knights

Can't wait for the moment when we rewatch this after playing the games. It's gonna be a blast!

The Media Knights

Love to see how much fans of the games are enjoying this! We ourselves are getting excited to explore the games since we've been loving the show and have heard nothing but good things about them!

The Media Knights

Wow! It's so cool people who've played the games have so many little details to look forward too! Glad they went head on for authenticity with an original story that everybody can enjoy.

The Media Knights

Glad you're checking this one out as well! We are having a blast watching this. Glad the episode came right in time!

The Media Knights

Great catch! They really paid attention to detail and that extend all the way to the supporting cast as well. They are all fantastic in this and allow the viewer to fully immerse themselves into this world. The show is truly something else and It does not stop surprising us and exceeding our expectations!

The Media Knights

Yay! So glad to hear this is the first time we get to watch something together at the same time. Thank you for watching this alongside us 😄

Nowhere Man

From a writer’s perspective, this episode’s plot is the ultimate “what if”. I also loved Michael Emerson in Person of Interest. Post-apocalypse survival tip: DO NOT LIGHT FIRES AT NIGHT. Lucy is so far in over her head, it’s ridiculous. There is no going back for her. The “toaster oven” easter egg is priceless. Now do you think Maximus put razor blades in his friend’s boot? I’m impressed by the Filly sets. They seem practical, which is mind-blowing. Imagine if you’re The Ghoul, and you’re just sitting around, minding you own business, when a VAULT DWELLER walks by. Dang. The Ghoul, like the Lanisters, always pays his debts. Lucy the vault-dweller is probably the only person in this world who could do what she’s about to do. Okie Dokie.
