While I don't know who Joseph Campbell is, it's clear in context what the joke is and I really enjoyed it. I've definitely noticed a pattern with these directors commentaries that any time you describe a joke as "one of those jokes that I put in the script because *I* think its funny", they're often the best ones.

I know you mention enjoying playing this ROMhack quickly and not calcing everything, but do you see yourself ever revisiting it with some rules variations that make that more necessary? Like trying to see if it can be done deathless?

I just wanted to thank Jan and co for making Garbage Green, as it is what I've always wanted out of a game that's made very difficult while still keeping the trainers vanilla. It is also a great palate cleanser after doing so many calcs during a CK+ run. It can get mentally taxing, so Garbage Green is a great way to chill from doing calcs while still having a challenging game that'll hone my more fundamental hardcore nuzlocking skills. So, once again, thank you so much for this game!

One thing I'd like would be some sort of Patron Egglocke, maybe once a week on here, or on stream after you finish RnB, but before you start CK +. I'd love something like that. Just an idea.

This is, perhaps, one of my favorite videos on the internet. I absolutely adore it—heck, I’d describe it as one of my ‘comfort videos’. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve watched this, and I’m so glad to see the director’s commentary for it. Absolutely killed the intro, and all of it’s a wonderful sign of how far you’ve come.

If this current RnB run goes all the way, I’ve been wondering what more relaxed runs Jan will do next. I think a pokemon too many types blind nuzlocke would be hilarious. making super serious strategies and commentary with types like republican and moves like glomp sounds like some S tier content

"I never said i was gonna win here." Then I would've removed the line "this is the story, of how i CONQUERED the monster" from the intro if you wanted to convey that better imo

I need you to know, I loved the Joseph Campbell joke and all jokes that follow that related delivery method, I don’t always understand them, but I ALSO enjoy making them so keep doing it it’s fucking hilarious
