I watched this season when I was 12 and ended the show when I was 21. Yet here I am 23 and still heavily attached to it and to the characters. Trust me it’s a cook as it progress, and it gets less goofy ahead 😭😭

Now that the basement plotline's been cut short by Eren's death, I can share my theory that his father just had a bunch of skin mags there that he hoped would distract Eren from thinking too much about the outside world.

The end of episode 4 while they are watching the sky just gave me the biggest goosebumps ever. I don't know if it's the thrill of wanting to know what's behind the walls or just eager to wait to see how it ends. Now looking back, I wish we all stayed where we were just enjoying the stars. Not knowing what is about to happen and how much we'll regret not savoring these moments. Love this show so much and I wish I could re watch it for the very first time just to get that feeling.

Even after all these years I still think it’s dumb that they killed Eren off. Like I get it other characters needed that to come into their own, but it felt so wasted with how good of a set up his character had with his mom dying and the incoming revenge arc on the horizon. Still love the show tho.

I think the Lost Girls ones are very good, especially the Wall Sina ones as it has a lot of world building the main series doesn't show. The final one still would've made them come up with a bunch of conspiracies if they'd watched it on their first reaction. No Regrets and Ilse's Notebook are obviously great. I feel like the cooking one is a nice break from the depression, especially combined with the music lol. Distress is the only one I'd say doesn't offer that much, but I think they should watch it. I don't see any reason to skip them this time around; it's just more fresh AoT material that NONE of them have seen.
