This is the first time in my life I heard the world "meandering" lol

I love how this episode highlights mob's growth. Comparing mob's character from season 1 to now, you can really see how much he's changed and it's so awesome to see. In this episode, Mob actually stands up for himself and his ideas even if it inconveniences his other classmates. And the fact that he solved the problem on his own without reigen's help is a very nice development to see. Even though their work wasn't exactly praised, mob and his classmates still felt accomplished because they worked hard without taking the easy way out. This little moment speaks to the show's overarching themes so well and it's honestly amazing how it can make something so heartfelt out of supposedly random side quests.

I wish we got more Sho. He was one of my favorite characters in the show. Dude was willing to die to defeat his dad, and continued being a friend to Ritsu afterward. He's a good kid.

Garlic

Mob would be able to talk me out of being a villain WAAAY before Naruto would tbh.

Garlic

Next week is going to be very fun lol

I love this episode and the introduction of the yokai hunter and the different yokai. Mob was focused in on preparing for the cultural fair, it was cute. The cultural fair theme was fun and I like when when there's chill moments in the show too. Also, I love seeing him becoming his own person and finding his own path as gets closer to his goal. He's matured and grown up, 100%. Poor Reigen was in shambles not expecting him to reach that milestone lol This episode still manages to hold that unique humor that I love so much with this show. It really makes it stand out from the others. And Serizawa's growth is incredible to see as well. I'm proud of him for becoming more confident in his abilities and embracing them more. I really like his character this season. Glad you all enjoyed it this episode. Can't wait for episode 3!!

Conk

Neither of them would he able to change the darkness within me 😤

Garlic

lmao with that pfp, I believe you.

kuza

serizawa with the gambit sword 😭

Vextipher

The peak is rising and waiting is excruciating but I know it'll be worth the wait to see y'all experience it.

The donuts you were asking about are takoyaki. A street food in the form of balls of batter, typically filled with octopus, tempura scraps, and other ingredients, and topped with sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and seaweed. Also, I want Studio Gek maid cafe please!

Lucas Chaves

i miss severance friday mornings

Amare D.

Watch scissor seven next it's like mob you going to love it it's about assassins. Day 1

I would wait until you finish one or two or the longer anime, but I think you guys might like Inuyasha. It's not really a comp to Mob, but I feel like you guys would enjoy it. I loved when Reigen flipped out on the guy. I would have too. He was trying too hard to use flowery and big words when he could have simply explained why he was there. I liked the school festival as well. Poor Ritsu. And of course that kid would be there to see it. I didn't even notice Hanezawa was there. Excited for the next episode!

beannie

the yokai hunter voice actor kills me every time😭 love the serizawa appreciation🙏

kai

serizawa is so cool

Marcus D

I think the Yokai Hunter’s VA is Mr.3 from one piece lol.

The stuff happening at the school this episode was a School Cultural festival. It’s a yearly event in Japanese middle & high schools where all student classes are assigned an attraction of some sort to organise and operate, from entertainment to food. It happens during a weekend and is open to the public and raises funds for the school. So that’s why you see a bunch of characters there that we know but who aren’t from Mob’s school.

Zu

I know it’s not gonna happen but a double ep Mob drop next week on both days to end on ep 6 would go nuclear

eiden

If there’s anyway you guys could somehow get the Patreon caught up on the live fate series that’d be awesome. Totally understand if not!

RH

It’s more likely we’ll get 5-6 as a double episode, and then 11-12 as the last episode (unless they’re still sticking to what they said before).

Coran

Agreed, it’s probably because a socially awkward middle schooler who isn’t in tune with his emotions is way more relatable and understandable than a *spoilers ahead* Reincarnation of literal chakra Jesus who has a demon sealed inside of him who just happened to be a lonely orphan (that part does suck and the loneliness is relatable but Mob was lonely too for a while)

Benjamin Knock

Ew no. That looks God awful and doesnt even follow anything related to dmc

Mantis

I’m so excited!! The next two arcs are bangers, and then the final!

sil 🧸ྀི

mob looks so much older im crying :')

Isaiah

kkcat
