Mob is just such a healing show agghhh i am so sad this show is going to end. I was so disappointed in Dimple when he started this psycho thing. Can't wait seeing ur reaction to the next episode. I am one episode ahead and..man...it's so good

Derpeon

Fun fact voice of dimple voices thorkell as well

Betsy

Yippee! This show gets better and better each time I watch it.

RH

Sadly not a double episode, but now I’m even more hyped for Thursday!! Mob is PEAK 🔥

Nah I’d win

And this is EXACTLY why I don’t eat Broccoli, to stop a gicantig alien Broccoli from forming right outside my home. And wow I think Dimple was telling the truth about not controlling Hanezawa. Hanezawa was just testing if Mob already succumbed to the brain washing & that’s also why he appeared so happy at the end flying into heaven because he realized how strong Mob must be to not be effected at all by Dimple’s powerful brainwashing.

Golden Frieza looking ahh

hanazawa is a goat!

One thing I really love about this arc is the way that the brainwashing works. Usually in other stories, the people that are mind-controlled become zombies of sorts and don’t really resemble they’re actual selves. But here, they still keep their own personalities just with the added trait of worshiping the broccoli. They’re still fundamentally themselves but something is WRONG and that’s what’s so horrifying. I think that’s what Dimple meant when he said he wasn’t controlling Hanazawa. Dimple made him believe in the broccoli but that’s it. Every action Hanazawa took after that was his own and it’s an interesting parallel that he tries to echo back to mob what he taught him way back in season 1, that using your powers for “selfish” reasons is wrong. Ultimately what breaks Hanazawa out of the brainwashing is his admiration for mob. His respect for him was greater than his perceived love for the broccoli and that’s what makes him snap out of it.

ex·tri·cate /ˈekstrəˌkāt/ verb free (someone or something) from a constraint or difficulty. "he was trying to extricate himself from official duties" not exactly the word you meant to use, but i'd say it still fits the context Cannon

Cisvo

It should’ve been a double episode drop today! 🥲

jessiefungirl

very valid reason to not eat broccoli ngl

Spencer

Am I just coping by hoping for a Breaking Bad drop today since there was none on Saturday or will it just come out tomorrow as scheduled?

Kite

probably tomorrow but who knows

Niko

and blackbeard too!

jrnoodles

Thank you! Dimple is such a bum for this.

WhynefineT

Why did y'all stop sakamoto days? It's better than JJK and other new gens

Cryptcat

Maybe the manga, but the anime is not better than JJK.. They should still finish it though

WhynefineT

I'm not talking about animation.

Cryptcat

goddamn no double drop

Nami Swannn

About Teru; I think he was under Dimple’s control but Dimple just wasn’t actively controlling his powers in that fight so Teru on his own (due to the manipulation) was going all out to defend the divine tree. And then I believe once Mob shot him out of the tree he also broke the mind control which is why he was praising Mob since he was able to resist the power of the tree

warriors in 5

MissJodles

Man I’m sooo hyped for the next episode and the rest of the season 🙏

MissJodles

Also about the confusion with the brainwashing and Hanazawa etc. Essentially the brainwashing just makes everyone worship the tree and the Psycho Helmet religion, but doesn’t change their personalities or control their behaviour. They just do what they would usually do, but if they were really into the religion. So with Hanazawa, he sees one of his closest friends attacking the Divine Tree that he belives he worships, so obviously in his brainwashed mind he wants to stop Mob from destroying his place of worship and religious leader. He’s still in control of himself, but he’s acting to stop Mob from fighting Dimple and destroying the tree. Imagine you worship at a church and one of your best friends starts smashing in the windows and beating up the Priest. That’s essentially what Hanazawa was fighting for with the brainwashing influence, and why he wasn’t completely antagonist towards Mob or like a controlled zombie. He’s still himself, but with this added element of religious belief that he didn’t have before.

WhynefineT

I know sakamoto aint better than jjk🥀

It's hilarious that Dimple tells him the shirt is lame. The Golden God thing is interesting. I do wonder if this is the rest of the season or just an ARC. I still feel like in the end Mob will have to battle himself

Chosos Wife

Getting so close to my fave episode wahooooo

❣️ Vladlena ❣️

Dimple don’t do it( I’m also sad and disappointed, but the end scene crack me up 😂
