Hyeon-ju, the girl with the short haircut passed away earlier this year, this was her last show. rest in peace kim sae-ron

sofi ✿

well, at least i’m excited to have woo dohwan back on my screen. that alone should brighten the mood

April

YAYYY

Betsy

I love how excited ya'll got with Woo-jin and Gun-woo's bromance. Because same, I love their friendship so much. It's hilarious and wholesome. They make such a strong duo. The marine gag never gets old. It makes me chuckle. Man Korean BBQ does look delicious... 😋 I guess I need to try it sometime one of these days haha

Sho

PEAKKKKKKKKKKKK

TouPT

The Man From NoWhere would be hype!

Chayma

Seeing Kim sae-ron on screen again makes me so sad :(

mina

finally you meet my glorious king woo do-hwan🤩✨ (kim gun-woo)

PhilX

Wow, first reaction I sync with my stream

mina

:((

floo

I hope my wish will come true one day. Crash landing on you at least

Betsy

Their grandpa, President Choi is such a great caring guy who always looks out for everyone's best interest at heart. He's one of my favorites. And his Granddaughter, Hyeon-ju is spunky and not afraid to take matters into her own hands to ensure that the bad guys don't win. Their little hideout is pretty juicy. I adore antique shops. Hehe But goodness, I feel so bad for Gun-woo's Mother. She's so supportive of her son. Ahhh I hate Smile Capitol with a flaming passion! They're all greedy little rats who enjoy screwing people over. I knew you guys would love this show especially the action and choregraphy. That ending scene made me throw stuff at the wall. It doesn't help that Beom is built like a freaking ox. I would indeed be scared. And Mr. Myeong is such a slimy snake. The way he plots things is diabolical him and his posse of thugs. Ughh get so frusturated and angry at their scenes. Anyway, watching this a 4 time but with the geks hits differently. I'm excited for you all to see the rest of the episodes. They really pack a punch!!

Zipzzty

Gramps a goat

Betsy

We'll be holding that to you, Ashley lol just kidding 😂

GBuckets

are they releasing the next batch of One Piece today?

vicc

I love Gun-woo, he’s just like Su-ho

mina

the chemistry between our two main guys is so awesome. they're very good friends in real life as well. i remember watching interviews and they said they got so close while filming this show. i was hoping to get more shows where those two are casted and they ended up announcing season 2 recently so, cheers for that🥳🥳🥳

Betsy

The fight scenes are so satisfying. Gun-woo's punches are lethal. Damn... Imagine beating up all those guys at once. I could never hahaha The man is built differently. I also wanted Woo-jin to help him fight the Smile Capitol gang but sadly my wish didn't get fulfulled. That knife cut on the face would be so painful Eeeek. They are pure evil.

Betsy

Carter, "This is as good of practice as he could ever get." Yeah it is perfect, he has all the dummies to practice his punches on taking them down one by one like bowling pins 🤣

Sasha (Yare Yare Daze)

You don't wanna know what Jack would do if Carter couldn't pay him back😈

Anya

Unlike many who found y'all through anime, I found y'all from Mandalorian s3, which y'all didn't continue :( I never thought y'all would ever do kdramas so I'm soo happy y'all enjoy it! It's funny how some of y'all theories involve bullying or something bad happening haha let's enjoy this Bloodhounds journey, but please watch something more lighthearted after. 💜

Ashley K

Lmao of course I got your backs my girls🫰🏻❤️ it is now time for my husband to get glorified on this channel 😆

AnonX

I was looking for this comment. I wanna rewatch this with the guys but it's just a punch to the gut seeing her on screen

Anya

🤧One day! Fighting!✊️

Ashley K

I’d like to introduce my husband to all of you. 💁🏻‍♀️

vicc

So sad to see Kim Sae-ron after everything that happened, may she finally be at peace ❤️

Anya

😂 I'm just looking👀

Sasha (Yare Yare Daze)

Beom is either a cyborg or he's just a James Bond tank villain. He better be a cyborg though.

Ashley K

I’ll allow it 😂

Betsy

Look but don't touch 🤭😂

Anya

Look but don't touch, got it! 😂

Ashley K

Correct! 😆

Betsy

My husband is Song Kang lol 😏

Anya

If they do a poll & it loses again ima crash out! Let's hope it's next, it came in second so why not?! 🤞

Judy

ill take the other one then 😏 hong

Sasha (Yare Yare Daze)

The fighting choreography and the camerawork seems insanely good in this show. I hate when most action movies and shows does that shaky camerawork in the chase and fight scenes. This is one of the very best action stuff I have seen.

Ashley K

Daaanng 😄 well noted Betsy!

Sasha (Yare Yare Daze)

They should watch Save Me next for a lighter show and for him of course

Anya

LOVE their bromance! You never had Korean bbq?! WTshibar! I need to take you & we'll get soju too!

Betsy

McKay saying, "Good drip, epic haircuts, and hair blowing in the wind cracked me up. He's not wrong though :)

Madison

omg yessss so excited for you guys to watch this one!! such an underrated show

Sasha (Yare Yare Daze)

I always feel so sad when I think about that little girl from The Man from Nowhere🙁

sofi ✿

oh I forgot Saeron was in this show too. somehow it got even more depressing. rip <3

ree4sho

the chemistry btwn the male leads is insane , they are neighbours and best friends in real life .

Betsy

Yes I can't get over their bromance! It's adorable. Aww thanks girl you're a true friend 🤗 However, I would order water with it of course. Yeah I live under a rock lol

sofi ✿

omg Save Me manages to be heavier than everything they’ve watched so far combined. i’m afraid even dohwan isn’t enough to make that one lighter.

Irene Priska

I think the loan shark didn’t like the fact that he’s being disrespected (spat on) in front his lackeys, when he look at them they look away because they probably knew his ego was hurt, and that’s probably why he slit gunwoo’s face -to show them no one should ever try to do that. I voted for cloy for a change of scenery but bloodhounds is also very good. The fight scenes are incredible ✨🤌🏻

Ashley K

Noted, Judy! 😁

Sasha (Yare Yare Daze)

Won Bin the goat who dropped two absolute performances back to back and vanished

Betsy

I'm counting down the days until that magic moment 😫

Anya

McKay needs to hurry up & go to Korea!

Betsy

For real, Korea is waiting for him! :-)

patricia jimjimcherie

I finally got the time to watch the reaction, man I love this show so much, the dynamic and bromance between the two leads is fantastic. As Jack said, this is an intimidation tactic. I guess the boss stays close to really make the message sink in, he also has a scar on his face, normally scars and tattoos mean gang affilliation.

Betsy

Can't wait for episode 2 next Tuesday! Bloodhounds is such a goated series! Ya'll aren't ready haha

mina

what is this jack slander?😂😂 it has happened a few times now, and it's always carter. is there something we don't know?👀

patricia jimjimcherie

Not only that, but the scar also marks Gunwoo as a "thug", as face scars usually mean someone is gang affilliated. So basically Boss said "you will never be more than a thug and that's how people will look at you for the rest of your life." Which also means he could be rejected from plenty job opportunities, so he would only be able to remain at a lower station in life, probs working for the Boss or someone similar.

LaurAbroad

My favourite bromance 🫶🏼

Anton Sakshaug (Jancked)

Bro this started so nice and wholesome and then…. Yeah… wtf. I bet Gun-Woo and his buddy will join the grandpa and the girl cuz the thing she is investigating is porb the scar guy. Excited for more!

floo

Happy u enjoying this hope u gonna watch crash landing on you after this.

floo

What ?? is not Tuesday Thursday? But only Thursday?

Betsy

Oops I forgot it was Thursday. It feels like Tuesday to me. I'm a little out of it today lol

Camille Angelica TV

Gun Woo is like Gon with the one shots at heaven's arena

Hafsa

God, they're gonna get traumatized again

Penn

Cause this show makes the characters go through pain 😭😂

floo

U scared me for a sec🤣

floo

Loan shark, bullying in kdramas are so common u gotta used to it🤣

kentoff

im so hyped for this, lets goooo

floo

Now what we need is just some kpop content to fulfill happiness 👀🙈

bebe

i met woo do hwan in Mad dog and he has been slaying since then

mina

58:52 right!! if such a good and polite person like him spit in yo face, know you're a fucking TRASH

B !

The mom was on the phone. Many older Koreans have those types of phone covers and can still be on a call even if the cover is closed.

Tivy

Another kdrama I barely remember anything about, I’m excited! The same thing happened with The Glory. I remembered nothing, but ended up loved it through your reactions. I do recall this one getting a lot of hype when it first came out so I’m sure it’ll be a nice short watch.

Mimi

I love this kdrama!!!

maya

ooo ive never seen this before but heard a lot about it, excited for my first watch w u guys!!

mel

aaaaaa im so excited you guys are getting into this!! gunwoo and woojin are my second favorite duo after suho and sieun they’re friendship is soooo wholesome

joursh

HOOOOLY SHIZ LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BLOOOODHOUNDSS BABYYYYYYYYY 🥹🥹🥹i knew this show would have its time eventually🙏🙏ive been pushing for this so hard since weak hero and i've been thinking about it since all of us are dead LMAO. joursh

serena

raeven b.

Hello fellow wife—fancy meeting you here, dear. You have him in this universe, but I have him in another lol that man is TOO FINE. Him in Mr plankton? Goodness!!! 😩

Ashley K

I will share this one time since I haven’t seen that one ☺️

johnbanana

I love this show omg

Anya

Y'all should see Myeong-gil's scar in the webtoon, nasty asf! Man, criminal of y'all to start this on a Thursday cuz now we have to wait til Tuesday! With that ending, I say gimme moreee!

Anya

Saaameee get our camping tents ready!

Anya

I thought they explained this after, no? I may be getting it confused with the webtoon...

Anya

Great idea Floo! Cheer up with some K-pop content in between! 👀

Catie C

Did McKay just say holy shibal?!? lol they have been converted

Anya

Honestly, I thought of Squid Games lol

Anya

And the mukbangs lmao

Anya

McKay says it a lot in the streams lol

Chivi Moon 🌙

BLOODHOUNDS!! I watched this series this year as well. It’s sooo good. I can’t wait for season 2! I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did.

Tivy

I’m so glad you guys like it, but you can probably see why a lot of us suggested a genre switch haha. These darker dramas are amazing at pulling you in, but when you watch them back to back it can feel heavy or repetitive. It also may give you the impression everything is depressing when it's not lol. Sad kdramas have their own category people call "ktraumas", which is all you have seen so far. Bloodhounds still such a great watch though!

John Paul

Yeah me too, RIP Kim Saeron

joursh

hes been saying it for ages now lol

Ayoodude

Well now I’m going to binge the show and then come back to rewatch with y’all lol

Anya

Joursh! Totally unrelated lol but if you go back on mc pls tell Audri & Baby Jack I said hi & I miss them! ❤️

지원

this show is good

Rawaby 1204

I remember Queen seondeok , chuno and Iljimae were the best but all of them are way too old lol

raguoc00

Was kind of hoping you guys would hold off on Bloodhounds until season 2 rolled out, but here we are. It's such a good show. I don't think the bad guys are necessarily wanting the money back from these small business owners but instead they want them to forfeit the rights to the shops and real estate that comes with it. Also you will often hear Korean men refer to other men as "hyung". It's a term that denotes respect as an older brother (either literally or figuratively).

jemmy

I think I will hold off my opinions on this show until the end. About to be crazy

fay

now i really want them to watch vincenzo!!

jemmy

Was thinking same, lmaooo. But I wanna watch it with them too.

jemmy

That looks good. I'm kind of craving it now lol

joursh

haha all good anya 😂will do!!!

S Moonchild⁷

First time watching it. I thought the show was about boxing friends... I feel betrayed. Also first time seeing Woo Dohwan polite and proper. Also, like is this legal, can you wreck the place and maim people for not paying debt within a day?

joursh

TWINKLING WATERMELON NEXtTTT

Tivy

YESS FR

Mikkeai8908

People keep forgetting that in kdramas law enforcement is essentially useless. Most times they are either incompetent or they are in on the corruption with the bad guys. So those loan sharks that attacked the ML and his mother at the end could’ve been in kahoots with the police. It would be the only reason they are able to get away with all their evil deeds. Plus, it’s during the pandemic, which is why they have highlighted it being 2020. So i doubt most people are aware of these things going on while many are staying in doors and in quarantine.

JAN NARUTO

Haven’t watched this show yet but it’s always been on my watchlist. So excited

Gage

“that keyboard is ready to be ganked” 😭😭😭

Oat

Omgg, its been awhile since ive last watched it. Its great to watch it again with you guys ^^

Oat

Yesss! 😆 ikr

Rubyjane

i am at work watching this 😏 Woo Do Hwan is so hot 🫠

Lil Mimi

He’s got Lisa from blackpink on his wallpaper he’s transitioning

sara

I wonder why this show is so famous among foreigners

Ellie

Sweet home or Gyeongseong creature next please!! They’re both great k-dramas :)

jrnoodles

Thank you! Let's see where this goes.

E L

can we have a happy kdrama next. reply 1988 pls

❣️ Vladlena ❣️

«Squid Game» is definitely count as a k-drama! It just went viral worldwide.

saida

kim gunwoo, what a man!!!! i love this show so much and i know you guys will too. i voted for crash landing on you, just for a change of pace, but i am not mad at all that bloodhounds won. LET THE BROMANCE TO RIVAL SUHO AND SI-EUN COMMENCE!!!

TY

Though I didn't vote for this, I know it's good and did enjoy it when it was released... I just can't remember lol. ( or if I remember correctly, heavy theme but still relatively lighter than WH and The Glory lol) Excited for this rewatch (:

floo

Still waiting some kpop content🧍‍♀️

LazyDoll

Love this show! Hope you’re gonna love it too 😊

Talia_Al_ Ghul_I

Can you guys in the comments please tell me the frequency of their upload for kdramas? Thank you so much ☺️

Ella

For kdramas it’s every Tuesday and Thursday

Lawrence Howard

Yes! Yall finally get to experience my favorite Korean actor Woo Do Hwan . Dude is an epic actor I would love to see him in like a John Wick style American movie. Another great Kdrama he’s in is “The King Eternal Monarch “ it’s really good 😊

Daniella

This is my first time watching this show too wth i knew it was gonna take a bad turn as well but not that horrible jeez 😭excited for the next episode the comeback from Gun-woo will be epic

Deji Jan

great first ep

Deji Jan

i wonder if gun woo is going to joing the loan shark, or whether his friend will? like will they still be friends or become enemies? hope not, they have great chemistry

Anya

Well said Tivy, hope we get something lighter next! I want CLOY soo bad, but I wouldn't mind Twinkling Watermelon. Atp I'll take anything lighthearted! Haha 🤞

Tivy

Yes, Anya! Trying something different would be a nice break from all the dark, heavy picks. And if they want to stick with that vibe I’d still mix it up instead of recommending the same kind of story over and over. Something like Mouse (amazing mystery, dark but not the usual action/bullying/scam stuff) or an epic family story like When Life Gives You Tangerines could be perfect. This or any iconic romcom would be a refreshing change instead of making them watch shows that are the same.

Jaelyn Jones

Can’t wait for them to react to the next episode

whimzea

MY FAVORITE SHOW LETS GOOOO

cozo

first time watching this and that 1v10 was peak 😭 bro got ganked but soloed

Georgie

Game of Thrones K-Drama huh? While only 2 seasons and a spin off special I give you "Kingdom".

floo

Kingdom is peak

floo

They got traumatized by the last straykids song or what ? what happened to kpop content🤣

Anya

Baby Jack?? 👀

Anya

Stray Kids was too much hype lmao jk I just asked in stream & Carter said he dk so it might not be anytime soon :(

floo

That sucks😭

Anya

UNLESS he's just saying that because they like to do surprise drops🤞 I'll keep asking lol

KeliTTries

You know, I was worried about them doing the Trifecta, but this is almost more funny because they’re clearly traumatized. 😅 I’m sorry and note: I voted for Attorney Woo

floo

Yeah keep asking pls girlll, seems like they like surprise drops so I hope that's the case

Nwara Huang

How's the uploading schedule for this? It's been 4 days 💀

Shantha

They upload kdramas on Tuesday and Thursday each week

Anya

Good Morning Betsy🥰 No fr like now haha

Anya

IT IS YOU!! 🫂 ❤️ Hiiii MISS YOU!🫶

Rubyjane

Can't wait for ep2

Betsy

Good morning/afternoon, Anya. 🥰 Sorry I haven't been as active in the comments lately. I love Bloodhounds since this is my 4th time watching it and all. Haha However to be honest, I felt a little more connected with All Of Us Are Dead, Weak Hero, and The Glory. I constantly had a lot to say with my thoughts. I also feel like my posts were better and more thought provoking. I guess it's because I felt more emotionally invested and deeply involved with the story and characters if that makes sense. Hope that doesn't sound bad to say though 😅

floo

Same Betsy, I'm waiting for crash landing on you more. Bloodhounds is good but not my fav only thing I like is Woo do hwan to be honest🤣

Betsy

It felt like a dream and I got my hopes up haha My two worlds collided. I still really want God's Menu, Thunderous, Maniac, and Chick Chick Boom 😭

Anya

You are fine Betsy, your feelings are valid. I also like Bloodhounds, but I don't love it. Also, your comments don't have to be thought provoking, but I know that's the creative poet side of you :) Don't stop commenting, I always seek you out & it'll be sad when I don't see you as much! ❤️

Anya

Floooo imagine if it was cloy episode two omgee!! Can't wait for that day!!

Betsy

Yeah I love Crash Landing On You more too. I got easily attached to the characters especially our male lead and his crew ☺️

Anya

SAME BETSY! I want those but ngl I'm missing BTS 💜 :(

Betsy

Anya, don't get me excited like that lol That would be almost too good to be true! But yeah you're right. It's my poetic mind taking over. I always search for your comments as well ❤

Betsy

I guess it'll be a late drop guys 😂

vicc

Refresh. Refresh. Refresh. 🔄

mina
