Brit is a beast tbh. If anyone in Invincible deserves to be called Invincible, it's him. Brit is actually immune to any and all damage. Because his body is literally invulnerable, he can output 100% of his muscle force without damage. Humans can't use our full muscle power cuz it'll damage tendons and even bones and tear muscles, like when moms get the power to lift cars off their kids, that Since Brit can't get damaged he can use all the Human muscle power. Not as strong as a Viltrumite and can't fly, but they can't kill or even hurt him either.

I liked episode 2 backstory, but didn't really care for the go find the weapons thing expecially when at the end it still just means we need Mark and his dad to join. The first episode was better to me because it was more on Mark and his mental state after the war and shows how killing is an option for him, as for the power woman, she dint give fodder i think she will have a story later on.

I loved the part with Viltrums backstory but them just going and retrieving items brought the episode down for me. I love Invincible when its about Mark just trying to do his best and the world building of Earth and those characters

And obviously the main plot of Viltrumites trying to take over Earth is amazing and i love all that. The second episode just dragged a bit for me

The side characters like the power girl always end up coming back and being more than one offs. I bet she returns and this was just the beginning of a new plot. Especially bc they cast Danai Gurira to voice her

Theres a lot less smucks and throw away bad guys than you guys make it sound like, a lot of them come back or have lasting/important impact on the story. Viltrum plot line for sure is the biggest and most interesting part but not every bad guy has to be a Thanos level threat from the start. You guys called Doc Seismic a smuck but he came back and almost wiped out all the superheroes and put Mark on fraudwatch. Surely Universa will come back into the mix and by the sounds of it will be another moral dilemma for Mark to work through. I am glad the sequids were only back for half an episode tho, they got their use out of them here but theyve been played out otherwise
