Brook is 100% a swordsman along with Zoro/Law/Kinemon, don't forget he dueled with Ryuma and walked away, and was able to keep full track and understand Zoro and Ryuma's duel. His style is more similar to fencing, but he also has the ice technique, so it's very distinct. Zoro is more brute force focused, Kinemon has the fire technique, and Law is unique because he combos his sword and devil fruit abilities so well.

Sanji really is the best swimmer they've got and there’s a lot of showcases from fighting a fishman underwater (as Carter mentioned) to being compared to a fishman by the other strawhats when he used blue walk for the first time

Punk Hazard is actually a good arc, it just got padded with a lot of filler in the anime adaptation. When you cut all that fluff, the actual story of the arc gets to shine more :)

Brook is a swordsman..... all of his fighting skills are sword related he incorporates music into it to a point but his sword skills and musician skills for the most part are separate things. The type of sword he uses as well is very specific and takes a high level of skill and training to master. I think he uses two fighting styles as well so he's not solely fencing. Also the care he puts into his sword even after he's been dead for all that time is unmatched. I know you didn't mean any thing by it, but put some respect on his nameeeee!!! Swords come in all shapes and sizes and there are many different fighting styles. you guys have a decent collection of swords but you're barely scratching the surface. Respect the cane swords!!!!

I think one pace definetely helping but this arc is quite alot better than i remember. This was the arc that made me quit one piece (mind you ofc i was very tired after fishman island without one pace) but yeah its good. The thing that really stood out to me as creepy was sanji in namis body constant joke. Maybe i thought it was way more or maybe the one pace cuts it out idk. This is very good tho🔥

If you are talking about that moment where Sanji takes off his glove and it makes a pink puff and turns into a stone, then it was because when Kinemon’s clothes are taken off they disappear and turn back into stone. It was shown to make clear that Sanji is getting undressed and is preparing to jump into water

Rayanh, there are like twice as many jokes about Sanji being in Nami’s body in the anime. Ep 586 which they watched og is filler too (the ep where they’ve just switched bodies and Sanji immediately starts showing off Nami’s boobs). I don’t mind those jokes and think most of them are funny, but saying it’s the same in the manga is cap lol

Yeah that was the same for me, I knew about Dressrosa because it was airing live at the time, and completely ignored Wano because I guess I was just more focused on the next arc or didnt care about it or something lol. Honestly, it's more exciting and mysterious hearing these name drops because you know they're relevant and will be important later on. And each time its brought up, you gotta lock in because you're only getting a tiny piece of info. Which they know like 1 thing about Dressrosa and like 3 things about Wano.

He swings and stabs a single time when doing a move. Actual swordmans have style and technique, combos, they be swinging and stabbing all the time. Laws sword is just an avenue for his devil fruit ability almost every single time lol its not even needed for the majority of his moves, its purely aesthetic. He has full control in his room, the sword isnt a requirement at all to do what hes doing, he can just do it regardless lol he could swing his hand in a chop motion and it would do the same thing. There is one move of his that requires the sword that I cant go into, and that's really it.
