Early jojo manga has a lot of charm and the visuals have a lot of personnality but it is kinda rough technically when you look at these drawings. Obviously it's from the 80s so the style reflects that period, but still even in terms of raw technical skill Araki's drawing really improves so much as time goes on.

The thing about the Bizarreness of this show is things get weird but it maintains until that level of weird becomes normalized. Then it ups it a little. Then it normalizes again. And it keeps doing that until you are dealing with absolute bullshit with a straight face and it doesn't seem that weird. Jojo has a way of doing that.
