DEAD SERIOUS yall would enjoy Beastars, after seeing how much JoJo's weirdness is not really a big deal, talking animals cannot be that bad. The Promised Neverland was one of the biggest anime betrayals for me. After that legendary first season, which was literally perfect, I couldn’t wait anymore and started reading the manga, and it ended up being one of the best things I’ve ever read, from the characters to the arcs. I was SO hyped for season 2, but when it came out, everyone was shocked by how rushed and butchered it was. They cut out so many arcs, the time skip, and so many characters. Honestly, it was one of the biggest fumbles ever. It’s been years and I still haven’t gotten over it 😭

Too many people dont appreciate OST from shows and games, which is where Bleach shines with having the goat Shiro Sagisu. One Piece Red is partial canon. It has canon characters but the actual plot of the movie and events are not canon. But characters and relationships of said characters are canon, so it's tricky. It's also set in a further in timeline of One Piece much closer to present storyline than yalls current storyline lol

As an example, while I think Beastars is a decent show, its the artist Yoasobi that's pulling in the hundreds of millions of streams. so many things id love to say while watching the video, i hope this comment wouldnt end up like an essay. monogatari is a show you would love to check if you are so deep into this anime rabbit hole, i dont think you guys would enjoy it at the current stage, its super weird for non hardcore anime fan. and its not like jojos way of being weird, its straight up degenracy. but if you gets to igonre those weird part, its a great watch. oshinoko was popular because the arthor made his name with his previous work, and the beginning of the show was insane, plus the quality was amazing, but the ending of the manga was literal dog water, if the anime studio wont do anything to the story its just no worth your time, the ending was that bad. spyxfamily was a wholesome show but its so different compare to other anime you guys have watched. blackclover came out the same year as mha, but the anime adaptation wasnt as good compare to mha plus the main character was anoying at first, thats why its not as famous, i like the begining of blackclover more than mha, but if you guys decide to give this show a chance i would love to see mcKays reaction to the main character. promisedneverland shares the same problem with oshinoko, it started amazing, but ended poorly, not to mention the anime studio came out with their own ending which sucks. doraemon was a kid show and its super popular in east asia, not sure about other part of the world, i myself gow up watching this show. beastars was fun, it looks weird but the story was decent.

Slam Dunk is great. Though it's a lot more grounded in reality than Kuroko no Basket is - which I find to be closer to a shounen battle anime in basketball format. Both types can be enjoyable but they are different types of shows, and one may prefer one type over the other. Haikyuu is mostly grounded but straddles the other category as well imo. Grounded sports animes: Slam Dunk, Baby Steps, Cross Game, Giant Killing, etc Battle shounen style sports animes (special moves, impossible physics, superhuman abilities): Kuroko no Basket, Blue Lock, Eyeshield 21, Prince of Tennis, etc

I know not everyone looks at world top charts but Creepy Nut, Yoasobi, Mrs. Green Apple, King Gnu, and Ado to name a few have had an amazing couple of years and have gone on world tours and a few have performed at Coachella. Ado does all the singing and music for Film Red. JJK and like one other show use music from some of the same artists so there are a lot of openings from those shows since they use those popular artists. i won't say it's recency bias but a lot of those songs are getting streamed not just because of the anime people aren't streaming older songs enough.

Also the evangelism movies would be a great watch if youve only seen the anime.
