Buddy is a better comedian than criminal😭😂

Anya

Laura 🦋

Rawaby 1204

Nrock23

Khasar

They’re edging us fr

thorfinn

what is studio gek about bro

Nana_44

Can we get horror classics like scream etc? Idk what this is 😭

❦

i watched this in the theater with my friends it was so cringy it was funny, but it wasn't like the worse thing ever ig

Anya

PLEASE CARTER!!

kimwa

very interesting you wanted to scare yourselves and you chose buddy to do that lol

This is Daniel

@Carter mentioned they're watching Gremlins next! My childhood fears have been unlocked 🤯😅

Carter D. Andrus

We aren’t I was just joking with Jack cuz he hates it from his childhood lol

Pudding

1:15 Carter what happened😭😭

This is Daniel

Ahhh. Well, he's not wrong (but I am). Thanks for clarifying and not deleting my comment into the realm of shame 🙃

Pudding

I was curious about why Carter said the Insidious trailer ruined his life for a year, so I typed it in Youtube, intending to watch it. Stared at the thumbnail for a few seconds, and decided not to watch it right now when I'm about to sleep😭 the face from the thumbnail is the exact type that actually scares me, I'll watch it in the morning.

Sean

Came looking for the latest JoJo’s reaction but found peak instead

Daniella

Loool this movie is less horror and just straight unhinged nonsense 😭

Anya

I'm sorry but this got me crackin tf up the way Carter stopped laughing and Jack just enjoying it and ofc it didn't bother McKay lol dark comedy fr 😂

Betsy

I've never heard of this movie but I love cringy campy horror so count me in. I'm a real sucker for dark comedy 😂

a_daichi

what the heck is a Buddy lol. I’ll watch later when I have time!

Cannon Andrus

Are we studio because we’re Gek, or are we Gek because we’re studio ????

Kai-lo

Bro said "how did he stop Midway" I'm dead 🤣🤣🤣

mathiasmedswag

Wow this movie was disturbing. To me it also seems like grooming and talking to adults online, and getting “tricked” into meeting. And how buddy presents himself in a cute way but is a monster…

Toni Leigh

Yes!! I love this movie, its so original and unironically hilarious 😂 the best drop

Alan

22:13 cannon made a joke and didn’t realize it

Anya

Counting on you maknae to make it happen

Nana_44

So cinema and since they did scary movie, it would be perfect

Anya

Betsy 🥰 bruh think you'll like it it was hilarious but very disturbing 😂

Anya

Insidious is no joke 😭

Anya

Give Nana her Final Destination! 😂

Betsy

Oh gosh I'm kind of scared. I haven't watched it yet. I always read the comments first ti brace myself. But Anya, I trust your judgement 🥰 I bet Carter was having a hay day poor soul lol 😭

Anya

Give it a try greets 😂

Nana_44

HELP you’re too funny Anya😭

Carter D. Andrus

It ruined 12 year old me’s life for awhile lol

GreetswithJudgement

So what you’re saying is that I should stop drunk writing my novel to drunk watch this weird random shit with the Geks… SAY LESS !

Gigi

For real. I watched the first 2 when I was a kid and I'm still terrified at 21.

Gigi

YESSSSSSS!! Ps: has anyone watched Phony yet??

Cooljo

Wade my goat

SoupyAce

This was my first watch of Buddy as well. I had hoped it would be good when seeing the trailers for it, but wasn't sure it would be. I'm glad that it was an enjoyable viewing. I think the randomness and quirkiness of some of the scenes is almost akin to the Nightmare on Elm Street series which I also watched for the first time recently too.

Anya

You're a horror girlie and honestly this wasn't too bad lol Carter helped get me through it he's too funny I can't 😂

a_daichi

I’m sooo excited for their Dune reactions! I was going to rewatch on my own before the release but might just wait for them!

Anya

😂😂 yessah

Rawaby 1204

Glad you enjoyed it , i liked your ideas about the message of the movie, i guess you can really see it in that way too !

Betsy

With how wholesome and bright it is at the beginning, it makes it even more unsettling... It's giving, Blues Clues, Pappy Drew It, Pee Wee's Playhouse, and Barney all in one. It feels so 90's coded. I'm kind of nervous.... Eeek lol And yes Jack that Backpack is going to go feral and might be the first one.

Betsy

Yeah I am a horror girl, but when you add kids in the equation,it makes me a little uncomfortable and I'm more hesistant to watch it. Still, I will push on because I live for Carter squirming and cringing at things 😂

Ayoodude

Calling out Topher Grace as Eddie Brock and not Eric Foreman..crazy work

nourah

Now I’m interested to see you watching Sinners, I’m not sure if you seen it already but it would be fun!

SoloMio

Cannon reminds me of Bruce Campbell in the 1981 classic movie "The Evil Dead" that I just watched. Not every scene, but certain angles he looked like Cannon. As for Buddy, I loved it. Everything about it.

Shiki

oh shit I saw this in theaters last month and memory holed it immediately lol

lawswater

i watched this in theatres when it came out and was not a fan ngl. i think i didn't like it cause i went in expecting to be scared, but watching it a second time was definitely better! great vid ty geks

Mack

Eddie Brock!!!

Shane

Let’s go some horror reactions. Y’all should check out The Thing and The Menu next, both are peak

Ella

This drop is impeccable timing, I literally watched this yesterday for the first time😅

Blueberry

I would actually love this

MaraReaper

Y’all said you wanted to do the Thing last year, let this be the year! 🙏

Blueberry

I think this post is a metaphor on how I just did on my exam

2026-10-28 12:00 low engagement, no hype, low rated upload 😍 😍 😍 breaking bad or a scary/halloween vibe movie with critical acclaim/hype 😡😡😡
2026-10-27 03:50

I’m Tired

i can't remember which video but i think they said 3/4 have seen it

ThirtyStik

Ngl the movie that actually traumatized me was the strangers… i haven’t seen it and i still don’t think i can because of how real it can be? I hated staying home along because of that one 😂

nourah

Yess the menu is so good!

RipIsMySon

Possible top gun movie reactions?

Shiki

I can kinda see Cannon looking like Ash tbh

Shiki

the "lsd and puppet scene" 💀

Shiki

Tip toe through the window... 🎶🌷🤗

Tivy

what now 😃

Shiki

it's from the same dude who made that viral adult Swim sketch "Too Many Cooks"

Shiki

52:25 - "Yeah who cares about yours?!!" LMAO JACK that is wild

Lia

This movie is crazy and interesting at the same time. Like I actually kinda want a sequel lol

Nick K

Yes please The Thing!! Absolute classic that holds up insanely well

Mack

Nothing bothers the goat Mckay

Kim 555

I was just calling you duds to Bourgita for not uploading any horror/halloween movies this entire month but I’ll give you your one, you did your mini one. Now let’s do Hereditary for Carter especially

Zess

is this aimed at them or the comments? lol

Anya

Seriously! and when he didn't even shed one tear during Tangerines I knew he was a lost cause 😂

Frosty

Them lol, genuinely was interested in checking this movie out so I’m not personally upset at this particular upload or any one upload tbh, it’s just really weird that for a channel that very clearly has a main focus of chasing the highest amount of views, is so not-tapped in when it comes to what’s been taking over current discourse, whether it’s popularity hype or critical acclaim hype. Breaking Bad is a separate thing that will just forever bother me cause that whole thing is shameless. I guess the idea of halloween coming around again, just to not get any of the exciting newer age scary movies/shows or a certified classic, just kinda sucks. We got 5 twilight movies in a row but can’t get a short, multi-award winning, popular series like Widows Bay while it’s still hot

Pudding

Somehow I liked this😂

Poragami

bro its october, i want more horror movies

Poragami

"lets turn the lights down" and its gets brighter lmao

Arsheley

I have come to accept that yall are not gonna react to Dune, I have accepted it 🙂

Shiki

nah McKay just the stoic 🗿 You don't need to cry to feel emotional

Chayma

YES HORRORGEK

Anya

Well obviously you don't need to cry to feel emotional it's a joke the tangerines viewers had. Trust I know he feels because Bloodhounds has traumatized him lmao

Jack

Well we wanted horror but not demon’s, so we chose this I guess 😂

Jack

I knew Mr Mailbox would clutch up 💪🏼

Jack

Backyardigans 😂

Poragami

i really hope we get some real horror movies this month, this movie was more like a comedy than anything else

Betsy

Oh wow that's interesting. I didn't know that. That's makes sense now :)

cade-carter

the magic literally erases people memories and changes the world itself to make it so they retroactively never existed to begin with. Saying the dad is a bum is extremely disingenuous to the situation. all it really says is mom is different for being able to remember and at the height it means she is somehow better or cared more? but it doesnt make dad bad

Julio cruz

I only remember Ben from "That 70's Show." Must watch sitcom if you haven't seen it! Oh yea, and this movie was so weird. I'd never heard of it. lol

Mischa

You guys should react to Black Swan sometime! Critically acclaimed and does super well on YouTube

Goldyz

what in the fuck did I just watch

Goldyz

Should watch Perfect Blue first

Cannon Andrus

So funny. We actually turned them down but I think the TV lit us ip

MaraReaper

Man I miss breaking bad :( I would have loved have seen them go through the series with some guests that haven’t seen it, then have them all watch Better Call Saul. Two of the best series of all time that still are constantly referenced. I believe they dropped it because of low engagement, (and maybe cause Brig was leaving but I can’t remember how soon after that was), but I feel they would have gained traction as they reached more iconic episodes.

MaraReaper

Seconding Perfect Blue

LupusRex69

More movie drops my brother 🙏 , they are truly gold

Jo

I've never seen this but I will now ‼️ and I hope I'm not being annoying by asking, but do you guys plan on reacting to the new Resident Evil movie on here?? 🥹🙏🙏🙏

Jack

👍🏻

m-flo

spoiler if you haven't seen the first 30 min THEY DID THE TROPE THEY DID THE TROPE WHERE THEY KILL THE BLACK CHARACTER FIRST IN HORROR MOVIES EXCEPT WITH A CHILD WHICH IS WORSE lmao cmon it's 2026 I can't believe it I was not expecting that lol

Sithy

i NEVER want to see this movie again, it was so creepy. I guess it did it's job. I hate it.

kimwa

valid choice either way i’m glad you guys enjoyed it!
