Our open enrollment was in November. Our meeting about it was 11/7 and the general mood of the room was the most miserable I've ever experienced lol. Our board of directors decided instead of a normal Healthcare provider, we're going with a "company" that NO ONE TAKES. because it's cheaper for them...

I do have to give it to my mom. She’s a family physician, and for as long as I can remember she has been keeping up on her continuing medical education. Doctors are supposed to hit quota for official CME regularly, but a lot of them don’t. But my mom would carry around medical journals with her in a bag, rip out the good articles, throw out the advertisements and stuff, and bring it around with her everywhere. But then again she’s one of those rare good ones that is on top of it and actually gives a shit
